Bad bad bad service!!!!! Ruud to customers no etiquette whatsoever... This place should close down or fire the whole damn stafff.. the one white guy was being ****** and obnoxious id never spend my money there never!!!!! STAY AWAY !!!!!!

I went to buy a part, and a Guy called Burton made us wait until closing time. While we tested the part He then rushed us and threatened us that they are closed and the we cant pay cash because the Card Machine person has left. He damaged the part when striping and was rude and told us to give him back his part. Unprofessional.

I was ask if they could help me with a part. And all they said they cant do it. So ive asked if I can please have the head office email so I can ask a higher team leader and they said no I cant. They don't even try to help a client. Rude and say no and that is that.

HelloPeter, im a happy customer from Cartease Autobreakers Boksburg, i ordered a engine. The sales ma KEVIN was very helpful, it took only 3days then the engine was delivered to me fro Gauteng to Eastern Cape and its running smoothly.

I recently sold my car to Cartease Autobreakers, and the experience has been extremely frustrating. After the car was collected and the paperwork was completed, I was informed that payment would be released within 24 hours once the documents were sent to the head office. It has now been over a week, and the payment has still not been processed. Mr. Lee Frank, who is responsible for handling payments, has been completely unresponsive. Despite my numerous attempts to reach him, I am always told that he is unavailable. I have left multiple messages, but he has not returned any of my calls. This kind of unprofessionalism is unacceptable. I would strongly advise others to reconsider doing business with Cartease Autobreakers. Their poor communication and failure to fulfill their promises are major concerns. I hope this review will encourage them to address these issues and improve their customer service.

Do not do business with them! I was the first person in the que and the rude salesman calls the white dutch man behind me and completely ignores me. So I approach the delinquent for clarity and he claims that I was not part of the que. Thats a lie. Bottom line, there was a white person behind me and he preferred to serve him since he speaks afrikaans. In his small limited mind, he will not serve a black person (****** as they refer to us over the braai) before serving a white man. I'm not surprised by this type of behaviour in boksburg and brakpan but i was fed up and decided to do something by writing this review so that other ******s can avoid wasting their time and money on a business based on prejudice and preferential treatment. I do not even think that the owners will do anything about this because they are probably set in their "old ways". We the so-called "clever-blacks" or "******s" are aware of subliminal ****** in shops, restaurants, pubs etc etc hence I refer to the word prejudice.

Morning Lee. You failed to respond to my claim on 29 Aug 2023. 63 days since i payed Cartease R7500 for a faulty gearbox. You have 14 days to respond to this claim after which I will have you summoned to appear in court in Cape Town. Cost break down. Faulty gearbox R7500 Moutons garage Installing the box R5825.90 Found another z Boc for R6500. Courier 2nd box from Durban R815 Taking out faulty box and instaling new box R3661.31 Total Claim R 17 801. I am only allowed to claim R12,000 in the small claims court and so I will. I am a 66 year old pensioner and this episode has not only inconvenienced my life but has left me with a situation that i had to lend money to get another gearbox from Durban with courier Calling u repeatedly has not helped . You supp**** me a faulty gearbox and being an old Chrysler you have been unable to find another unit. Sent Sunday 10 Sept 2023 mike moon Langebaan
