Ported over from Telkom to go to the US. Mtn never worked. Had to by a R2500 Trac phone. Wrote 10 emails to Mtn head office. Never solved the problem. Utterly useless and don't care attitude. Yet my airtime data and sms bundles over R3000 with...ALL GONE...HOW ? IT DID NOT WORK MY girlfriend also ported to Mtn. Same story. BEWARE MTN *****S YOUR STUFF AND ADD SUBSCRIPTIONS WITHOUT YOUR CONSENT. You have 14 days to respond to this claim after which I will have you summoned to appear in court in Cape Town. Cost break down. Courier 2nd box from Durban R815 Taking out faulty box and instaling new box R3661.31 Total Claim R 17 801. I am only allowed to claim R12,000 in the small claims court and so I will. I am a 66 year old pensioner and this episode has not only inconvenienced my life but has left me with a situation that i had to lend money to get another gearbox from Durban with courier Calling u repeatedly has not helped . SHOCKING AND TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE SERVICE I left Medihelp on 31 Dec 2021 and joined momentum with my 2 sons on the Ingwe plan. It took 2 months to get me on. My 2 sons are stil 3 months later without medical aid. The incompetence and total lack of knowledge and the total lack of any management is shocking. 3 service agents and 1 supervisor and still no medical no come back no nothing. I am looking for another med aid This has been the most horrible experience of incompetence and total lack of customer service I have encountered in 64 years of my life
