Poor service
My father inlaw is on Hollard funeral cover, he passed away last week thursday. We made a claim the following day which was Friday until now the 21 September 2023 the claim is not paid, we have been calling Hollard since monday the 18 September they keep saying "it is waiting for assessment" . we need to bury my brother inlaw on the 23 September. We have been using our airtime to call Hollard no one shows care, please assist.

Very bad insurance
I took EXTENDED WARRANTY with INNOVATION GROUP when i bought my Bmw in January 2020. Its all paid up for 2 years, on the 8 July i took my car to Bloemfontein BMW for repairs and i was charged R35000, Bmw send the claim with quotation. They replied telling Bmw that they will only pay R8000, im very disapponinted i never expected to get such a service from them. The day i took my car in for repairs i called them asking if they gonna pay Bmw for repairs on the engine as it is licking water and little bit of oil. They said the car engine is covered for R40000, they did not keep their promises and their service is stinking.
