LADebt ****!
I am a loyal client of LA Debt, but I cannot say the same about them. It's been almost 7 months since I app**** and pay for a relive. Till date I have not received any distributions or any feedback with regards to my case. I am harassed by my creditors for "ongoing unpaid" debt. This means nothing was done for me. I am trying to get in contact with LA Debt but they just don't answer their phone or their business whatss app number. I have lodged a complaint at the NCCR for no service rendered and demanding a refund of all monies paid to them. I also cannot stop the debit order as there is no feedback. My bank cannot stop the Debit order. Where are my rights in this? You were supposed to protect me and not damage me further!

When will LADEBT be brought to shame
HELLO Peter , I am really concerned about your help lately, WHY IS LADEBT NOT INVESTIGATED AFTER ALL THE HORRID STORIES AND REVIEWS, WHY ARE THEY STILL OPERATING AND MIRE REVIEWS COMING IN ON A DAILY BASIS, WHY DO WE HAVE THIS PLATFORM AND STILL OUR CONCERNS AS VICTIMS OF THESE PEOPLE IF YOU ARE NOT TAKING ANY ACTION

When will LADEBT be brought to shame
HELLO Peter , I am really concerned about your help lately, WHY IS LADEBT NOT INVESTIGATED AFTER ALL THE HORRID STORIES AND REVIEWS, WHY ARE THEY STILL OPERATING AND MIRE REVIEWS COMING IN ON A DAILY BASIS, WHY DO WE HAVE THIS PLATFORM AND STILL OUR CONCERNS AS VICTIMS OF THESE PEOPLE IF YOU ARE NOT TAKING ANY ACTION

Customer being constantly Ignored, no answer when phoning What a pathetic company to deal with.
I have signed up with LA Debt beginning of December after MY Debt Hero refused to to reduce my installment due to an huge drop in income. Joelene from LA Debt said because I never received a court order in 18 months from my Debt review company they can help to reduce my installment significantly. After I signed the paperwork I have only been able to get through to them once in a period of more than 2 months. When I send a query via email it take between 1 - 2 weeks to get a response and when I send a WhatsApp you only get response if you lucky after about 3 attempt if you are lucky. When I send an query on the 18th of December I only got response back on the 13th of January, almost a month later after I had send follow up emails and WhatsApp's multiple time!!! I asked her to let her manager call me during my lunch time when I can take calls or before or after work but to date NO CALL OR EMAILFROM MANAGER IN ORDER TO REPORT THE HORRIBLE BAD SERVICE!!! I managed to get through to Renay on Wednesday the 28th of January and she promised she will respond to my email and is always willing to take my calls to help me resolve a an serious matter with one of my creditor. Once again all my correspondence via Email and WhatsApp's falls on death ears and when I call ALL my calls are ignored. I think it is time to start searching for a provider, who like to provide excellent customer service unlike the non existing service delivery LA Debt is providing their customer as per the high volume of complaints received on Hello Peter, Which Joelene assured me were all lies when signing up with them!!!

Hello Peter I am experiencing a huge red flag with these people and I just gave them a call to say I need to cancel them, and I'm being told that I needed to wait for three months to be able to cancel this ****ty contract which was not the case when I signed up, now my previous consolidators are debiting me and they too are debiting me, I am actually reading reviews about them and it's **********, people are losing their houses and cars to these people while their pockets are getting fat. Now they refused to refund me and I'm ****med of 5800 including the last month's payment. Why is this company still operating in South Africa when under reviews and people are crying out here, can we please do something about this. I NEED THAT APPLICATION CANCELLED WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT.

Hello Peter I am experiencing a huge red flag with these people and I just gave them a call to say I need to cancel them, and I'm being told that I needed to wait for three months to be able to cancel this ****ty contract which was not the case when I signed up, now my previous consolidators are debiting me and they too are debiting me, I am actually reading reviews about them and it's **********, people are losing their houses and cars to these people while their pockets are getting fat. Now they refused to refund me and I'm ****med of 5800 including the last month's payment. Why is this company still operating in South Africa when under reviews and people are crying out here, can we please do something about this. I NEED THAT APPLICATION CANCELLED WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT.

Life after debt the worst of all!
SA do not use this, Company. I had a bad experience with them after they promise to take care of my debt and restructure is so I can pay less. I left "Meerkat" which is a really good company when it comes to debt restructuring.

They claim to assist with Debt review removal, this company is *********** and place people on more debt that they had when they join them. I nearly lost my car and house, due to arrears acquired as a result LADEBT incompetence.
