Hello Peter I am right about livid with this VIX PEOPLE, About last year I consulted with you after seeing that these people are money making schemes to cancel my account with them and they gave me a difficult time to do so. Eventually after having had cancelled and a lengthy conversation over the phone , they did not enlighten me that their property that is still with me and I have to pay for it. I have been emailing them endlessly with no replies that they should make arrangements to come and collect their property at my house but no, instead they are adding monies that are not consented after having cancelled my deal with them, now I have to sit with a bill that I never was made aware of when I signed up and cancelled. I even realised that they have discredited me with the beareu and that is not fair this is my life and name that is tarnished because if their *****ulent financial gain.

Hello Peter I am really concerned about how NCR keeps companies like LADEBT with such a bad reputation de*****ing people and putting them at risk of losing their homes and cars and bad credit records. I am a victim of LADEBT and wesbank and sanlam breathing down my neck due to funds that never reached them last December , which I paid/debited R5800 and this month as well R5800, and my previous consolidators also took R7000 , which raised suspicion that I may be ****med R11600 that did not even pay where it was intended to reach. I asked these people to refund me my 11k and cancel whatever it is they have and let me be but I'm being told that it will take 3months to do so, which is not making sense in my knowledge about credit regulation acts, I also traced that they are situated in Durban Plaza, just up the stairs near Hollywood, the place is always locked and not accessible to their clients, just to show how shady they are, they also have this lawyer named Rudie Pretorius that does not even have a fixed address and telephone contacts . How do you allow these people to still operate under your name in false pretense to continue operating and being *****sters of note. They have bad reviews that I have read through and it is **********, I do not want to lose my home and car because of these people, Im already trying to get out of debt, I have been with zero debt paying 7k since 2023 , never had issues and when I came across them (Ladebt) at this less price R5800 I was keen, but just as my debt collectors called me it is then that I realised that I have been trapped in a **** I need answers , this is ruining your credibility and trust in us as the people, R11800 is a lot of money that they blatantly refused to refund and cancel my deal with them. I want to remain with zero debt and do not consent to LADEBT taking my money.
Hello Peter I am experiencing a huge red flag with these people and I just gave them a call to say I need to cancel them, and I'm being told that I needed to wait for three months to be able to cancel this ****ty contract which was not the case when I signed up, now my previous consolidators are debiting me and they too are debiting me, I am actually reading reviews about them and it's **********, people are losing their houses and cars to these people while their pockets are getting fat. Now they refused to refund me and I'm ****med of 5800 including the last month's payment. Why is this company still operating in South Africa when under reviews and people are crying out here, can we please do something about this. I NEED THAT APPLICATION CANCELLED WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT.
Hello Peter I am at a point of confusion here with these vox people, I remember complaining to you about their incompetency, now they are breathing down my throat with threats if final legal notices. I discontinued their services since August and they knew their property was with me and they never even made mention of me renting it or returning their devices to them little did they hint while I was with them over the arguments that I needed to send to them, I always make mention that I'm in and out of the country since I work in Mozambique now they're sending me threats instead of making arrangements to come and collect, I am with another WiFi provider and this is one of the reasons I left them because it's always one thing or another with little or no consistency of whatever **** of a business they are running. I do not have any knowledge of their services and how they persuade people to pay things they are not signed up to, I feel that they should have come to my place to collect their property instead of trying to source monies from people including myself o better their *********** business that is losing clients for obvious reasons stated in this regard. I am going to share this information on socials as well for everyone to see and be careful when dealing with such reputation from VOXTELECOM.
Hello Peter I have been subscribing with VOXTELECOM for a year and half until they started asking for my payslips and account numbers, I then decided to leave them after having had paid for 3months ahead, I now have my money R600 that I asked them to refund me and gave them an account number to pay into, the still give me trouble asking for proof of who owns that account, I don't understand why they need that proof, isn't it my problem after they pay that money into an account I personally gave them, these people are ***** sand I want them to pay back that money, as it stands now they have blocked my number where I'd send proof of payments for WiFi to work, I'm always working in and out of the country and that is why I pay upfront. Hello Peter, I am a municipal worker at mogale city local municipality, and have been for the past 15years, I app**** for a two pot from my pension funds and every time I try to mAke follow-up in their registered number it remains unanswered or the person on the other end is rude and has no etiquette, I realised that other members have also been complaining about these guys even to a point where they went to their offices to protest as to why we as a black people put each other through so much ,it now feels as if they are doing something wrong there tempering with what they should not as none of us know show much is actually in our pension fund should one resign, retire or death,someone else knows our monies before we reveive it. I app**** two months ago and until today I have not received that money I app**** for, there are other unions like IMATU who are almost if not quite honest with their members that received their funds within a week of applying, but SAMWU let's us do the work and get frustrated before we can get help, to think that we pay them every month to get services at request. When am I going to get those funds paid into my bank account? When will they answer their phone? When will they treat us their members with respect and dignity we deserve
Hello Peter I write today with great concern about these people, i received a call from a lady who did not mention her name, i raised my issue that these guys have been charging me for a decoder that costs about 2500 and until today im still being charged from 2019 to date, only to be told im now paying for a box that i do not even have or agreed to when i signed up over the fone , this lady tells me of all the SMSs that they have been sending to my Fone which is a total lie, i do not remember receiving any form of correspondence including any statement none what so ever. to make things more suspicious, she calls from a cell phone number that i cant return the call since she put me on mute and never returned with any apology, i told her that i needed that account closed and for them to stop but i can see they are still at it. i refuse to pay any further because i do not understand what it is that i am paying for here, i work for my money i do not pick from tree branches like they are doing ****ming people and lying to them that there was a paper inside the dstv package that came with, what i know is that i opened that box myself it was sealed and there was no paper in there except for the receipt/invoice. CAN THESE PEOPLE CANCEL THIS ACCOUNT SINCE THEY WON'T AFFORD TO PAY ME BACK WHAT THEY HAVE BEEN *****ING ALL THIS WHILE.
Hello Peter I still wait for response for a review that i have already sent on the 6th February 2025 and up until now i have had now feedback or any form of contact, will you please follow this up ASAP, because the next debit date is on the 25th February , these people are getting pocket fat from others that are like myself for a decoder that costs about R2499 on market, and seeing that i have been charged more than 6K by now, meaning there is still a refund due to me, considering that they hardly even send me any statements for this bill. Will you please sort these leeches out for me. thank you.
