Hello Peter I have been subscribing with VOXTELECOM for a year and half until they started asking for my payslips and account numbers, I then decided to leave them after having had paid for 3months ahead, I now have my money R600 that I asked them to refund me and gave them an account number to pay into, the still give me trouble asking for proof of who owns that account, I don't understand why they need that proof, isn't it my problem after they pay that money into an account I personally gave them, these people are ***** sand I want them to pay back that money, as it stands now they have blocked my number where I'd send proof of payments for WiFi to work, I'm always working in and out of the country and that is why I pay upfront. Hello Peter, I am a municipal worker at mogale city local municipality, and have been for the past 15years, I app**** for a two pot from my pension funds and every time I try to mAke follow-up in their registered number it remains unanswered or the person on the other end is rude and has no etiquette, I realised that other members have also been complaining about these guys even to a point where they went to their offices to protest as to why we as a black people put each other through so much ,it now feels as if they are doing something wrong there tempering with what they should not as none of us know show much is actually in our pension fund should one resign, retire or death,someone else knows our monies before we reveive it. I app**** two months ago and until today I have not received that money I app**** for, there are other unions like IMATU who are almost if not quite honest with their members that received their funds within a week of applying, but SAMWU let's us do the work and get frustrated before we can get help, to think that we pay them every month to get services at request. When am I going to get those funds paid into my bank account? When will they answer their phone? When will they treat us their members with respect and dignity we deserve
Hello Peter I write today with great concern about these people, i received a call from a lady who did not mention her name, i raised my issue that these guys have been charging me for a decoder that costs about 2500 and until today im still being charged from 2019 to date, only to be told im now paying for a box that i do not even have or agreed to when i signed up over the fone , this lady tells me of all the SMSs that they have been sending to my Fone which is a total lie, i do not remember receiving any form of correspondence including any statement none what so ever. to make things more suspicious, she calls from a cell phone number that i cant return the call since she put me on mute and never returned with any apology, i told her that i needed that account closed and for them to stop but i can see they are still at it. i refuse to pay any further because i do not understand what it is that i am paying for here, i work for my money i do not pick from tree branches like they are doing ****ming people and lying to them that there was a paper inside the dstv package that came with, what i know is that i opened that box myself it was sealed and there was no paper in there except for the receipt/invoice. CAN THESE PEOPLE CANCEL THIS ACCOUNT SINCE THEY WON'T AFFORD TO PAY ME BACK WHAT THEY HAVE BEEN *****ING ALL THIS WHILE.
Hello Peter I still wait for response for a review that i have already sent on the 6th February 2025 and up until now i have had now feedback or any form of contact, will you please follow this up ASAP, because the next debit date is on the 25th February , these people are getting pocket fat from others that are like myself for a decoder that costs about R2499 on market, and seeing that i have been charged more than 6K by now, meaning there is still a refund due to me, considering that they hardly even send me any statements for this bill. Will you please sort these leeches out for me. thank you.
Hello Peter i have a huge problem here that looks like it has no end, i have been sitting with a problem that i have given more than enough patience as my fuse is gradually running flat. It has been a week since i reported my geyser having had leaked and continuously telling a story over and over again here. i have no knowledge of how plumbing works and how to even begin troubleshooting where it is situated. this is an incident that occurred on the 23 December 2024 that i equally reported on the very same night exchanging turns with my daughter when i got hysterical. i was fresh out of depression facility shortly before all this happened and that is just beside the point here that my home was in a bit of state of untidiness that i was. like i had already explained i had no money to cover the excess and exercised patience until i got paid so as to sort out this matter which indeed paid when i had funds, right, the pipes were replaced. i dont understand why i need to suffer in this way whereas i pay monies towards this issue, just now if i stop paying, they will be the same people breathing down my neck and bombarding my phone asking when i will be paying them but when i need help i am being told that the house was in this condition from get go before all this. i am not sure if they live here with me to be so certain about that lie. I am being harassed almost on a daily basis asking me for pictures that the plumber took and videos of how this occurred. i can be sure that i am dealing with a problem that most black single women go through when days like these happen, which just proves that we still have a very long way to go as a nation in SA. hence i was saying that if it's a white man's property or complaint, all this would not even have dragged up to this month and distasteful level. and it further shows that if the worst should happen i will be living in the street and back to the hospital trying to treat depression. 1. December i report an incident 2. My walls have sucked all the water 3. My bathroom ceilings are almost falling off 4. My carpets are stained and from all the dirt coming out from the leaks 5. im being told **** about the whole thing being my fault. 6. There is a woman that is almost calling me and consistent with the idea that she heard that my house was like this even before the plumber and assessor came to see what is happening here. 7. She still insists on sending another assessor to come and confirm all this nonsense. WHY DO I NEED TO SUFFER FOR SOMETHING THAT I PAY OR ON A MONTHLY BASIS WITHOUT FAIL AND THIS IS THE TREATMENT I GET. I DO NOT THINK I WOULD WASTE MY TIME TRYING TO DESTROY MY PROPERTY AND RISK NOT BEING HELPED AND WASTE MONEY ON RESOURSES, THE MONEY THAT I DO NOT HAVE A RICH WOMAN HAS AT EXPOSURE FOR DUMB ****. I NEED TO KNOW IF IM BEING HELPED OR NOT, BECAUSE FROM WHERE I AM SITTING IT DOES NOT LOOK LIKE IT, AND IF SO, I WOULD LIKE TO CANCEL THEM AS MY INSURERS AND LOOK FOR SOMETHING THAT IS BETTER OVER A CONTRACT THAT BEST SUITS THE BOTH ME AS CLIENT. SINCE THEY ARE OF NO USE TO ME AND THEY CAN REFUND ME WHAT I HAVE BEEN PAYING, WHICH THEY WILL NOT AGREE TO PAY, THEY ALWAYS HAVE ONE STORY IF NOT THE OTHER. TRUSTWORTHYNESS IS SOMETHING THAT IS NO WHERE CLOSER TO THEIR BUSINESS VOCAB. ONE HAS TO NEGOTIATE AND FIGHT BEFORE THEY GET ASSISTED. TO BE QUITE HONEST THIS IS TAKING A HUGE TOLL ON ME, AT TIMES I JUST DONT WANT TO SPEND TIME AT HOME AND COME BACK AT NIGHT JUST TO AVOID THINKING OF THIS PROBLEM THAT HAS NO SOLUTION. I TRUST THAT OTHER NEW HOMEOWNERS ARE ABLE TO READ THIS AND CAN SEE WHAT BLACK WOMEN SUFFER, AND THAT OUT THERE LIVES A KAREN THAT WILL EVEN BE ASKED TO DO A COMMERCIAL ON TELEVISION TELLING US HOW WONDERFUL AND NICELY SHE WAS ASSISTED... AFTER ALL WHITE PEOPLE DO PREFER ABSA AND ABSA DOES HAVE MORE CLIENTELE OF WHITE DOMINENCE. IF I SHOULD TAKE THIS AS FAR AS SHARING THESE REVIEWS ON OTHER SOCIAL PLATFORMS I CAN WITHOUT A DOUBT. THESE ARE THE KINDS OF PROBLEMS THAT MAKES US AS BLACK SOCIETY LOSE OUR MORALS AND SAY WHATEVER WE WANT. Hello Peter on the 23rd December 2024 i had a gyser burst according to the way i assumed it was, i called my insurer to report my flooded home and they appointed a plumber for me to come and help the situation out, i was fresh out of hospital having had depression during that week. i then got a call from an assessor who was just too judgemental asking me if i had cameras in my property which i imagined that he wanted footage of how this incident played out. he left and said that he was going to send carpet cleaners and not to even hand me any form of paper or carbon copy of what he found to be of interest by the look on his face he looked so ****** and probably wrote things that i too cannot read. Eventually i received a call from another appointed plumber that came after the first ones who installed a clamp on a pipe said to have had holes but still had leak and the ceiling kept getting wet and almost falling and i am scared that ill end up having rats falling into the house and that will be another story. today i receive a call from some lady saying i will be paid out R4000 to fix all the damages and told me that all those damages were not llegit and that they were not convinced they were coming from water damage. first of all the more the days keep going the carpets are lifting off a very bad odour as well as the ceiling humid smell , the walls in the bathrooms are damaged, from water marks paint lifting and it is just not a good sight to come home to on a daily basis to be told that everything was as found by the assessor named Dylen or whatever he calls himself. i am telling you , if it was a white man or person this would have been long sorted out now . But because i am a black woman im being taken advantage of which is one of the things that drive me up the wall, i mean why would i go out of my way to claim a lie to be told that nonsense that ill be paid out R4000, i have been paying my premium for all the 5years i started living here without any problem with how my house looks as i was comfortable and had plans of renovating over time it was my own business to worry about. what the hell am i going to do with R4000 ? with all the unexpected mess , i need to get paint , ceiling boards, change carpet in the bedroom facing passage all the way to the Livingroom and pay for Labour , these are not conducive living conditions guys. i specifically told whoever that i spoke to when i reported this incidednt that it was looking bad and that ineeded those damaged areas to be replaced, paid excess and did the right thing signed forms that plumber Rodney repoted to the insurer that it was looking bad as he saw. This idiot dylan guy did not give any form of paper or said anythingto me when he left this place, i had to see to it that i try to clean up and hire a vacuumcleaner to atleast be able to funtion, my house is smelling and all they can think of is paying me R4000 . am i mad that i deserve that blacks can never be trusted to be helped out in a first-class service as they claim to be reputable. I work hard as a single black woman and mother, there is nothing painful as seeing my child move out because of the condition the house is. I had hoped they were going to call and ask me to go and make quotes of things that will be needed to be replaced but no I'm being told **** and even hung up on when I raised this concern that is really getting me upset and unhappy in my own home, this ****** assessor has said what he wanted to say probably exaggerated whatever he came here to observe. the lady whom I spoke to said she was going to send another assessor to come and do what exactly because the plumber already gave them all the information. These companies are still treating black people like were dogs and idiots for the longest time, so I must now fight before things can be treated with urgency and respect, I am consistent with paying monies to be helped out in days like this to be told **** of R4000 , meaning if the worst can happen I will live in the streets and if I let it slide and not defend my rights to claim I am ****ed basically. I need this sorted out, I would rather go and make quotes and hand to them, this is my house, and I don't deserve to be treated like I don't know what I am doing here. THAT NONSENSICAL R4000 WILL NOT WORK FOR ALL THE COSTS TOWARDS DAMAGES. I DONT EVEN KNOW HOW THEY GOT TO THAT AMOUNT. STOP SENDING *********** PEOPLE TO SORT PROBLEMS FOR YOUR CLIENTS. IT IS UNACCEPTABLE.
On the 13th January 2024 I went on a memorial run with my fellow bikers, upon our arrival at destination in Rustenburg at the entrance was a gravel which is quite tricky to ride in, I slipped and my bike fell on my left side and I was assisted to lift it back up, I ride it inside the yard to park, and as we were having lunch, a friend suggested that he puts the bike in his bakkie for my safety, which I agreed to as it made sense, I was sort of scared after experiencing the gravel and off they carried the bike on the bakkie and we left for Kempton park. In the morning (14 Jan 2024)I went out and left my bike there still in good riding condition and called my insurance to collect it for me to my place of residence and KING PRICE as they claim to be reputable sent DOT TOWING to do this job. Next thing I know I receive a call from a guy named Etienne saying the have had an accident with my bike, I then asked them to come and I can see what the worst is, only to see my bike in a condition I never imagined Footbrake Rear brake FOOTPEG (LEFT) Petrol tank(LEFT SIDE) ALL DAMAGED. My heart sank and all I got we're sorry mam, this guy did not even have proper straps, they looked worn out, which makes me wonder how KING PRICE allows such people to handle their so called valued customers. He did not even take pictures of the things I observed. He then calls the owner whom I further communicated with regarding how best this could be sorted out amicably and I pointed out my own things that he should not worry about that are known to me, it's my bike and I know what it's problems are. I then wrote a statement which I shared with my insurance, the guys who collected and their insurance LIONEL ISSACS whom I'm 3rd party claiming from to cover what they have done to bike. Later on in the process their broker from SANTAM Ms. Credentia Gumbo (credentia@liib.co.za)calls me to explain what the next step was and I should call Ms. Puleng Mosime (puleng.mosime@santam.co.za)who gave me a claim number 232817604 and requested documents that I adhered and submitted with no hesitation, then there was Ms. Lerato Ramela (lerato.ramela@santam. Co. za) and (DPClegal@santam.co.za)whom I ended up getting to the last stage that brings me today to complain about what they are doing, these guys are now trying to **** me seeing that getting this HARLEY DAVIDSON 750 STREET ROD is DAMN expensive.And my thing is that you will never know whom to direct all these complaints to as they will give you the run around.There is a lady named Valda Badrick that has been making follow up for me from CLC (ValdaB@clc.co.za) she was told that she better back off which I found really suspicious of them, little did I know this was the stunt they would pull. As we speak my bike is at the MZANSI HARLEY DAVIDSON in Sandton which I still had to fight with them and my insurance giving me grief about these guys who are not competent in their dirty job Mzansi gave us a clear indicated quote that is in line with my statement and when I check with them after they brought to my attention that DOT TOWING /LIONEL ISSACS /SANTAM have scratched out the rear brake saying they are not liable for that damage, right now I am LIVID AND I HAVE NO DESIRE TO BACK AND FORTH, HAD ANGIE FROM MZANSI NOT BROUGHT THIS TO MY ATTENTION I WOULD HAVE BEEN SUPRISED AT TILL POINT. I BLAME KING PRICE FOR RELYING ON THESE GUYS, WHAT THE HELL WILL I DO WITH THAT HAND BRAKE THAT THEY DAMAGED AND DO MOT WANT TO ACCOUNT FOR, IS IT THAT THEY CAN'T AFFORD TO PAY FOR THE DAMAGE OR US IT THAT THEY ARE UNDERMINING ME AS A WOMAN OR IS IT THAT I AM BLACK AND THERE FOR THEY WILL GIVE ME THE RUN AROUND, WHAT EFFRONTERY? WHAT NONSENSE? WHAT IMPATUS? WHAT *******? WHAT DISRESPECT? WHAT? WHICH ONE? I NEED THIS BIKE REPAIRED, I WILL BE ALSO GOING ON SOCIAL MEDIA TO EXPOSE THIS NONSENSICAL ****, I NEED THAT QUOTE TO BE COMPLETED WITH PAYMENT ON WHAT THEY HAVE SCRATCHED OUT, I TOLD THEM TO LEAVE OUT WHAT I KNOW OF AND ATTEND TO THE DAMAGES THEY CAUSED ON MY MOTOR BIKE, I MEAN WHY DID THEY HAVE CUT AND JOINED ROPES TO TIE SUCH AN EXPENSIVE BIKE IN THE FIRST PLACE, THAT JUST SHOWS HOW ******** AND *********** THEIR LINE OF BUSINESS IS. THIS ONE IS NOT OPEN FOR NEGOTIATIONS, I HAVE SUFFERED ENOUGH STRESS WITH THIS ISSUE, JUST NOW THE MZANSI DEALERSHIP WILL END UP CHARGING ME FOR STORAGE FEES WHICH THEY WILL BE RUNNING UP AND DOWN AVOIDING TO PAY FOR THAT. AND THEY HAVE A RIGHT TO DO SO, IT'S THEIR PROPERTY. DAMN DOT TOWING MAN, THIS IS REDICULOUS, GETS YOUR AFFAIRS I ORDER, FIX THAT BIKE.
