LADEBT is dishonest and ***********
I would like to warn South Africans about a company called Life After Debt. They claim to assist with Debt review removal, this company is *********** and place people on more debt that they had when they join them. I nearly lost my car and house, due to arrears acquired as a result LADEBT incompetence.

A company called Life After Debt operates as a ****. These company pretend to remove clients from debt review and also pay creditors on behalf of clients. Only to worsen one's credit record and put accounts in arrears. I nearly lost my car and house, because of LADebt.

Appreciating a service
I would like to thank Vodacom agent called Liam Cupido from Vodacom contract department. The gentleman is patient, humble and understanding. On the 08 Feb 25 I had called Vodacom to enquire about my blocked number of which I my contract was not in arrears. Liam did his best to assist and even advice me on how resolve my problem. I just want to appreciate the service of Liam Cupido.

MSD CONSULTING ********ly debited my account after My Debt Hero debited.
<div>I'm very disappointed in the way that MSD agents signed me up into their debt review company pretending to be those from My Debt Hero (telephone recordings can be used as evidence). On the day and minutes that I was waiting for a call from Roxzane of My Debt Hero, someone from another debt review called me pretending that he spoke with me before. My husband told me I must wait for a call from debt counsellor since he signed with one and as couple I must also sign up. I'm not familiar with debt counselling and it was my first time I received a call from one. I fully suspect that the person who called was fully aware that I'm waiting for a call. And their registration was in hurry and they insisted that I must send documents through WhatsApp they were in hurry, wanted to sign me up as quick as they could. I was thinking is the company that my husband said I must wait for its call. I was dealing with a lady called Anthea. After she registered me, it was hard to communicate with. When I found her, I explained to her that their company was not what I was supposed to communicate with, I asked her to cancel it, she promised to cancel. But said someone from MSD will call me to proceed with cancelation.. I was then told about R3000 for cancelation. I asked Roxzen from My Debt Hero to assist by asking for transfer from MSD Consulting. She promised to do it. I was shocked when MSD debit me, while My Debt Hero has debited a week before. I debited twice by different companies for the same creditors. I'm going to report all these to NCR. I need my refund from MSD Consulting.</div>

Debt counselling
After I submitted my documents, calls were never answered as quick as I received them before I submit. The information I got was not clear. Now I wanna review my application with them since is still new.

Patiently waiting customer
Today I received a call from Divan Solomons, I never thought I'll one day agree to be under debt review. But Divan convinced me, I'm still have to read all documents sent and wait for the process to unfold.
