Ordered and I was given the wrong package and then I had to drive all the way back with wrong package because they need to wait for confirmation. Very bad service.
I went into the store to buy my vacuum parts, they didn't have. So the girl said she will have to order it. Its been 21 days and no one got back to me. I gave them a call now and to find out if my order has came and the lady was so rude over the phone. This is very bad. The store was inside Cape gate brackenfell Capetown. 29/05/25.
I'm a new MWEB User, I've been struggling with this call center its been more than a week and the line is still not active. always got something to say. and the debit orders has been taken. when you speak to the call Centre they rude and while a person speaks they put the phone done in a persons ear. Please don't use this internet services.
I was ask if they could help me with a part. And all they said they cant do it. So ive asked if I can please have the head office email so I can ask a higher team leader and they said no I cant. They don't even try to help a client. Rude and say no and that is that.
Please stay away from this place. Very bad client services. Don't want to help a client out and just there to take money.
Gave a phone back that was faulty. They still took the debit order and I've been struggling to talk to MTN and No one has make time to ort my matter out. Been with out a phone for 8 days. And there service is bad.
Got my self a new contract, and the iPhone 16 pro max had signal problems. Had to book the phone in. And now mtn leave me with no device for 2 weeks.
Please don't ever buy a car from webuycars , the first bakkie i bought i lost R30 000. had to return the bakkie to them and they paid me out R30 000 lower as what i bought the bakkie. i had to buy a second bakkie from them so that i can have wheels, I was told once again that this bakkie has no problems and the dekra report is clean. the same day i gave a complain and said this bakkie is not right it has engine problems. this is now the second bakkie i cant drive. took it to a RMI mechanic and had to pay R10 000 to get this matter sorted. got the bakkie back and the same thing happened. took the bakkie back and got my refund from the mechanic who work on this car. im still waiting on webuycars to get back to me. its been more than a week and nothing is happening. Its they just don't care, quickly to take your money but if the car has problems its a big stories, this time im going to take this matter as far as what i can, i have a family to get around and they just don't care. now they want to take this bakkie back and once again give me R30 000 lower than what i paid for it. please stay away from them.
I bought a Bakkie from them and has problems the day i bought it, and I've been struggling for them to get this matter sorted. they just don't care about you after you by a bakkie. vie been dealing with a person called Carton. send him a email and he never gets back to you. always just giving a stories after a stories.
I've sold my Bakkie to webuycars that was in a very good condition like new, i sold it to buy a other bakkie from them, i checked the dekra report and saw that there was no problems, i took the bakkie for a test drive and and all went well. only small problem there was a shudder on the gearbox side that i told the sales agent and he told me the bakkie was standing for a wile and that it will go away. the matter got worse and after a couple of calls and email they could not help me out. still sitting with a bakkie that cant even drive properly. You people please double check everything before buying a vehicle from webuycars.
