I purchased a house only to find out that the items that was listed as part of the purchase was removed.The house was not even painted the carpets in the rooms was dirty.
SARS agent drop the call on me, I have been calling and waiting on the call for over 2 hours. I think i'ts pretty clear to see all the bad complaints and i am just adding o it ...... It's not a network issue it's a personality issue of just don't care.I wonder if the everyone's behavior was like that what would the wold come to.

There staff was unable to tell me if they have a Washing Machine in store. You would think during this time of covid that Pick and Pay would be able to assist there customers over the phone. I phones another store Hi-Fi Corp and they could assist me after the 1st call I was able to do everything over the phone.
“Brave. Passionate. Ready.” marks the bank's new attitude. While It has also loosing customers every day.... You would think that ABSA would in times like these reach out to "ALL" there customers and show there support but nope they keep taking well ABSAnt :D!! guess what your time is over you are filled with greed and have no dignity or love in your heat this is very said :( ...... ALL your customers need you not just some we all are effected not just some customers??? Now we see your true colors in times like these......your X customers will always look back and say " I am glad i am not with ABSA anymore" and there friends will ask why ..... Thank you. The End.
We need to take rain to the high court and get our money back and put them in jail for steeling.All the reviews are more then enough evidence and they don't even reply to the posted reviews.

My first time and my last i will have to take this a step higher as this is unacceptable.
I called to ask about investments accounts and the lady was not very friendly.She also did not give me options i can take .She sounded very frustrated. I am removing my money and will re-invest somewhere else.

Spending all this money and there is no phone calls of process we have to call them every time we need an update and the agent is never available when we need them. I will not recommend them to anyone.
