Dissatisfied Account Handling

I am dissatisfied with the handling of my Rates Account. I was charged R3,392.42 for an outstanding balance of R10,654.74, which exceeds 32% of the amount owed. Additionally, two months later, I was charged R2,533.00 for a remaining debt of R5,139.29, despite my efforts to settle the balance.
