I ordered a laptop fan for my laptop from Fruugo SA under Order Number 233084879 and paid for the item plus delivery fee on 10 May 2026. As of today, I haven't received any information regarding my order or any updates about its status. It seems as if these guys are ****mers. If it was possible, I would have given a rating of 0. Please deliver my goods or refund my money.
I am extremely disappointed with the service I received Ackermans from regarding my closed account. My account was fully paid and closed over a year ago, and this was confirmed by their office, who also assured me that there were no outstanding balances. Despite this, I started receiving messages demanding payment for balances that were never agreed upon, and I have been harassed with repeated messages and threats of further action. This is unacceptable and unprofessional. I have already settled my account and have proof of payment, yet they continue to send messages, causing unnecessary stress and inconvenience. I expect Ackermans to respect their own records and cease all collection efforts on a settled account. Such harassment should not be tolerated, and I hope this issue is addressed promptly. I am dissatisfied with the handling of my Rates Account. I was charged R3,392.42 for an outstanding balance of R10,654.74, which exceeds 32% of the amount owed. Additionally, two months later, I was charged R2,533.00 for a remaining debt of R5,139.29, despite my efforts to settle the balance.
These people are unprofessional and keep on harassing us for a Hospital Bill for ER Consulting that was paid and which the service provider could not provide proof that I owed them money. These people are ****mers they think they can reap where they did not work. What the hell would you want to charge R650 for a hospital bill of R1,080 thats total madness
Legal Track are ******* masquerading as debtor collectors they take advantage of the poor because they are lawyers. They charged me R3,393.42 for owing ****son Body Corporate rates of R10,654.74. Which was more than 32% of money owed. As if that was not enough 2 months down the line they additional charged me R2,553.00 because my debt was R5,139.29.

Pathetic service as I have registered 3 months ago and my fibre does not work for Whatsapp calling. I tried for 3 months to make them fix the issue but have spend and wasted hours with consultant remotely not being able to resolved the issue as I cannot do or receive WhatsApp calls. What kind of customer service takes 3 months and still not be able to resolve a simple issue. I am thinking of cancelling the contract with them if they cannot be able to deliver on their promise as I am having issues on Business Whatsapp calls which I cannot able to make when my area I live rely heavily on whatsapp service as the network is bad.
Plannet Fitness are bunch of crooks debiting my account after cancelling my membership My Planet Fitness membership contract expired and I gave them 30 days notice not to renew and cancel the membership in October 2022 but they are still debiting my account even though my membership is inactive. I have an issue with takealot Order Number 105846248. Called a Takealot Contact centre Agent who said that I just need to pay before 10am for the order to be delivered on the same day. Did an order for a branch in Johannesburg, Randburg Tebleau and there was no option for instant delivery option. So called the call centre and talked to Sizakele.M to confirm and they he was rude to me as he wasted close to 30 minutes arguing with me that he cannot put me through to his supervisor, manager or superior to correct the order so that it can be collected today instead of the 22nd of May 2022 as its urgently needed before 1am.
