disappointed

<p>Laste year there was a problem with the electricity that went on and off, when we phoned to book for this year they said the problem has been sorted out.  The electricity went off 8 times our fridges are off then we phoned Johan the manager of the resort and he said if we arnt happy with the electricity problem we have to take a refund and thats that, didnt do any thing to sort it out.  This is very unprofessional.</p>
