So so so onprofessioneel.

Avoid Die Oog Caravan Park. (Naboomspruit/Mookgophong). Management has a don't care attitude and only really cares about monies. Campers is last of their priority!

If you're planning on going on pension this place will be perfect for you, with its lack of entertainment, broken pool tables and 1 slide. Although we had a pleasant relaxing holiday, i do think this resort can upgrade.

The oog resort. Don't even want to give it 1 star. Got there and the rooms are nice. Wanted to go for a swim and slide on the super choop. That never workes. If it does the operator of the slide lockes the gate and goes on "lunch". He seems to have lunch the whole day. We were not warned that they do not have the jacuzzi facilities open anymore and that was another let down. The putt putt course also never has an operator to give you the equipment to play. If you are lucky enough to catch him you do not even want to play because the course is falling apart and not being maintained at all. Worst experience i had.

Uiters onprofessioneel!!!

I’ve got injured badly at the resort due to the super tube pool that was only half full. Had to go for costructive surgery on my knee, twice costing us R260 000,00. I tried to make contact with the board of trustees and I’ve send numerous mails. No one responded. This is pathetic. I also lost a months salary, due to the severity of the injury.

We went away for the October holiday what a disaster the electricity went off exactly 19h30 every night 4 to 5 times we have a fridge and eventually we had to use our freezer as the fridge could not keep the our goods cold. We went to the office to complained and they told us that there was a transformer that was stolen I personally think that management should came to the caravan park and informed the customers what is going on, what if there was old people walking that time of the night and fell and broke something or even one of the guest at the resort. No very happy with the service we received there.
