Electricity problem every night

We went away for the October holiday what a disaster the electricity went off exactly 19h30 every night 4 to 5 times we have a fridge and eventually we had to use our freezer as the fridge could not keep the our goods cold. We went to the office to complained and they told us that there was a transformer that was stolen I personally think that management should came to the caravan park and informed the customers what is going on, what if there was old people walking that time of the night and fell and broke something or even one of the guest at the resort.

No very happy with the service we received there.
