Great place, not so nice food

It is a great place, love the setting. Our waiter was efficient and friendly. The food... I ordered an oxtail potjie - the rice was mushy an had no taste, there was an enormous amount of green beans in the gravy, few carrots, not one potato and the meat was dry and tough. The spinach was delish. My husband ordered the eisbein and although it was like pulled pork he said it was dry and tasteless. It would have been a perfect evening with drinks there, had we maybe gone elsewhere to eat. I would love to go back there.
