Very poor service

This is the worst customer service ever experienced. I ordered shoes that did not fit. They advised the shoes can be returned and that they would send a courier the following business day. That was two weeks ago. They do not answer any follow up emails, telephone calls or whatsapp messages. They are quick to make a sale, but offer zero customer and after sale support. Shameful.
