Still waiting for a delivery of 2 pair of "vellies". Can not get hold of them. They do not answer their phone,the email can not be delivered- message read the email adress is wrong. This is a **** business. I placed an order on the 23.05.2024. It was supposed to be an in stock item. I contacted the owner on WhatsApp she said they were sick and will follow up. Up until now they’ve been ignoring my messages and calls!

Small business that does not deliver, correspond or react to outstanding orders. Ordered 13/04/24, with assurance of delivery between 6 to 14 working days, paid R140 for courier, in same town, promises of delivery over and over again, and then sudden silence, complete avoidance, no answer to refund, no answer to delivery of goods. This is a good example of a small business you cannot trust. Sad, but true.

This is a good example of a small business you cannot trust. Sad, but true.

Worst service ever. Bought a sling bag, received it. After 3 weeks, the stitching on zip are opening up. Sent it back to repair. Repaired it so badly that I refused to accept the bag as it looks terrible. Gave me anoher sling nag, half the size of the one I had. Not worth the money. Informed them that the bag is so small compared to the one I bought. Then they said the factory will make me a new one. Requested my money back teice. Eveeytime I send a mesaage they jave excuses why I have not yet received my bag. She needs to speak to her boss the whole time. Last excuse was that they moved. Its been almost 8 months now. Really want to support small local buaineases but if this is the type of service you receive, I will rather buy from a chain store
