My bank card has been ****** and I stopped the card. Has been to Pick an pay Vall mall 4 times to get a new card, with no success. Machine is either off or doesnt work. But bank fees for the month was R70 as per my statement. How else can I get a new card? Yolande
Worst service ever. Bought a sling bag, received it. After 3 weeks, the stitching on zip are opening up. Sent it back to repair. Repaired it so badly that I refused to accept the bag as it looks terrible. Gave me anoher sling nag, half the size of the one I had. Not worth the money. Informed them that the bag is so small compared to the one I bought. Then they said the factory will make me a new one. Requested my money back teice. Eveeytime I send a mesaage they jave excuses why I have not yet received my bag. She needs to speak to her boss the whole time. Last excuse was that they moved. Its been almost 8 months now. Really want to support small local buaineases but if this is the type of service you receive, I will rather buy from a chain store
By far the worst customer care I have received from Gerhard. Bought 4 paira of shoes, one pair is effective. Contacted Tsonga about the defect and got the most insolent reply from Gerard. Having to return the shoe on my expense with couroer and then pay again for shoe to be couriered back to me upon repairs. Tsonga is alread not a cheap brand. Imagine javing to pay a couroer twice as well. Making it the customers problem.
