I bought about 4 pairs of Tsonga shoe's and use to love it. My 1 pair (real leather) are busy fallen apart on the heal part, I dont wear them a lot and are really dissapointed in the quality of the shoe, none of my other Tsonga did that before. I send it to the Customer care but she just send me a list of reasons that shoe heals will do that. I am not happy with her answer, and I will not recommend them, there is no after service from their side. This shoe was not cheap at all. It was very expensive.

Soles cracks. crumble and breaks within 1 year, even though shoes were hardly worn. This happened to more than 5 pairs of Tsonga. Inspite of the shoes being fashionable and comfortable, I will no longer purchase tsonga shoes.

Highly disappointed in this brand! First of all, its supposed to be a luxuary brand. I had 2 pairs of leather boots that I've had for quite some time. The only problem is, the soles of these shoes disintegrate or crack. The first experience I had was during covid. I sent them for resoling. Tsonga RUINED my shoes and couldn't wear it again. 5 years later, I have the same issue with resoling. The only difference is, resoling now cost R600 vs the previous R300. No guarantee from the manufacturer that my shoes will be as-good-as-new. The advice from the Brooklyn Shop assistant was, "We are currently on sale, perhaps buy a new pair" My response: "I will never buy another pair of Tsongas in my life again" In an attempt to get my boots fixed from a haberdashery, I was told its not fixable. Imagine my surprise when I saw 4 other pairs of Tsongas lying on there counter. This brand is a ****.

Expensive but the best shoes for comfort. Only downside is that if you don't wear them often the soles get brittle and the straps get loose and the heels break off. Almost had a terrible fall if I didn't notice this with the pair I intend to wear and the pair I ended up wearing. Had to cut my shopping short.

I have bought three pairs of boots and one pair of shoes from Tsonga over the past few years and have always been impressed with their design and comfort. However, this past winter I was very disappointed to discover that the soles of one pair of boots had started disintegrating. I contacted Tsonga, sent photos, and their proposed solution was that I return the boots to one of their stores where the soles could be replaced at a cost of R600 — with no guarantee that the size would remain accurate after the repair. I then checked my other two pairs of boots and found that their soles were also beginning to crumble. I fully expect the shoes to follow, as they have the same sole construction. The uppers on all pairs are still in excellent condition, and the shoes have been well cared for. Considering the premium price of Tsonga products, one would expect them to last for many years and that the company would take responsibility for what seems to be a failure of the sole material. I am extremely disappointed and will not be purchasing any further footwear from Tsonga.

Previously complained about Tsonga shoes soles which cracked. Found a Shoe Hospital in Ballito who resoled all my broken Tsonga shoe soles with rubber. Even restitched the shoes.. Fantastic service for only R 200 per pair. Phone 0630159693

I have bought at least 13 pairs of Tsonga shoes and takkies. Many were sent in re-soling due to crumbling soles( at our expense). Most suffered the same problem with soles cracking and crumbling. At present I am sitting with 11 pairs of Tsonga shoes which they refuse to replace or even consider repairing with the excuse they do not stock the soles any longer. I am disgusted with their attitude as I was originally so impressed with their shoes I even drove to their shop in the berg in the Midlands to buy but no more.NO LONGER a customer.
