Expensive but the best shoes for comfort. Only downside is that if you don't wear them often the soles get brittle and the straps get loose and the heels break off. Almost had a terrible fall if I didn't notice this with the pair I intend to wear and the pair I ended up wearing. Had to cut my shopping short.
Visited my daughter in Bardale Village and ordered supper @19h35. Phoned the store a few times was informed driver on his way. 21h50 we droved to the store because not even the call center could reach the store. Cancelled our order had to drive all the way back to Mitchell's Plain without having supper. The driver whatssapp me 21h58 to inform he is 5min away and I was at the store already

I received a gift with a gift receipt to exchange if the size was wrong with a 30 day exchange policy. The item was on sale 50% off. I exchanged for a bigger size in 14 days was told the sale ended 04-Aug and I can exchange but have to pay in the difference of the current price. This is just wrong
I totally agree with the other customers . CAPITEC BANK notifies you at anytime of the month that as soon as your SALARY gets paid into your account they will Debit you. But what is happening you get money from other sources for other things to be paid for and they take that money for their Debit order. HOW can that be legal or lawful, they should know that it is not your SALARY amount that was paid into your account, and since you are not in arrears and it is not your Debit order date. YET CAPITEC BANK takes the money from your account meant for something else eventhough your SALARY has not been paid into your account yet. HOW, HOW can CAPITEC BANK just do do that???
Bought a Bic Mac meal for my son checked it at the counter. Had no sauce on it. The staff handled the roll and kept the patty without cloves on his hands while applying some sauce. This is SO disgusting. I am DONE with MacDonald's
It is Easter month and all the Makro stores in the Western Cape are sold out of the Beacon easter eggs box or 36 Marsmallows. All the other Regions have stock. Does our stores only cater for their bulk byers
I have been dealing with takealot for some time now. Thus far I only experience excellent quality service with the deliveries, returns and the customer services support team. They notify you of every step they make. The deliveries are always on the scheduled date or even earlier. Had a recent cancellation it was picked up the next day and in 4 working days my money was refunded. Thank you Takealot Team for your excellent service.
First time I ordered online from Makro. What a nightmare. It was and still is so exhausting and frustrating having to deal with the Makro customer support services team. I place an order, cancelled minutes later. Followed up with them to ensure that order was successfully cancelled. This was confirmed the 3 times I called in. Still received an sms to say order will be delivered. Though the order was not received by me, I received an email stating that it was delivered at my work and that I received it (which I did not). Was on leave on the day. Now I am struggling to get my refund sorted out. What a total nightmare!!! I will NEVER EVER purchase anything online by Makro...
