Visited my daughter in Bardale Village and ordered supper @19h35. Phoned the store a few times was informed driver on his way. 21h50 we droved to the store because not even the call center could reach the store. Cancelled our order had to drive all the way back to Mitchell's Plain without having supper. The driver whatssapp me 21h58 to inform he is 5min away and I was at the store already

Worst ever mall to shop at. With a Centre Management office that is hideaway from public access and user unfriendly responses. The front desk support is pathetic and their response to customer enquiries pathetic. Their email availability is equally evasive with the Centre Manager not being in office for a long period of time without a proper replacement arrangement to serve the needs of customers. On 26 September one of the Kiosk situated opposite the Game and Checkers entrance sold a **** smart watch to me. After verifying that it was **** and non-functional I return it to the Kiosk. The person who sold it to me refuses to refund me. After reporting it to the Centre Management help desk I was provided with a small piece of paper (not even a business card) with the Centre Managements details on it. I lost this piece of paper and udes the website contact person to send an email of complain and a list of demands that tge centre management must resolve or alternatively face legal action to claim my refund as due according to the Consumer Protection act. I am still waiting on the Centre management to respond. In the meanwhile the vendor who are selling **** products that is a ******** offence and of a life threating nature continue to sell these **** products to the consumers

I've been making appointments for my little girls for her vaccination for the last year already and rather pay for a proper and sufficient service. So my last appointment was at 9 month so obviously I need to make another for her 12 months vaccination which I did months ago. 17 November to be exactly. At the time making the appointment online there was no dates available for a Wednesday so the next beat date would be the Thursday for the 4th January. I even confirmed my date on the 13th December and the consultant confirmed my date but changed my time from 10.20 to 10.30 which I confirmed. Today on the 3rd January I get my confirmation call as per normal, but only to tell me that they can't help me the next day because the vaccination I want is only done on a Wednesday for government and Saturday as private on their Saturday availability is only the 20th January. I'm so apolled by this pathetic service I received calling me a day before but also not will to assist me. I made my appointment well in advance. I'm disappointed that they didn't even try and help me. My advice their clinic service must work out a better system and communicate better. I won't use their service again and won't advise people to use it either. Highly disappointed with dischem clinics service and nursing staff.

Great experience...the manager went the extra....extra mile to assist me(myself)today at Zevenwatch Mall store...after the terrible, disgisting service my husband received Monday day and Tuesday just my exchanging the every same T-shirt for a smaller size...I want to take all 3 thisrts back and close acct but after today service in Zevenwatch excellent...keep up the good with manager and staff....Bell vie Voortrekker close or doors and go for customer training and how to work with people Cause you as staff with manager have no customer service....well done Zevenwatch...thumbs up manager

I bought a heater at zevenwacht mall on the 14 June 2021 which is now 3 months back, then the heater stopped working out of the blue, one bar stopped working, then after 2 days whole heater just stopped working, then I took the heater back with the slip and the box that showed when it was bought, I was told that the heater is going to be taken back to the supplier and then when they received feedback they gonna call me, 2 weeks pass no phone call nothing up until I went back to check for feedback and guess what, nobody knew what was done about the heater whether it was sent to the supplier or not, the little paper where they wrote my details is not with other papers, because I saw that they write the details of the clients who returned heaters on the little page and the client gets nothing in return like a slip for instance, then when they checked my little paper with my details was not on that draw, nobody knew where it was and what was done with my heater, disgusting service ever from Spar zevenwacht mall, now I spoke to a lady by the name Samantha when I went there for follow up, she promised to get back to me first thing today, she said I'm going to make it a priority and guess what it's now 12.25pm and there is still no feedback, this is so uncalled for its totally unacceptable, first of all, you guys are selling nonsense heaters, and then give a 1 year guarantee in them, when returned back you don't replace or refund, actually you don't care, secondly a client must be the one to do follow-up in all of that, which leads the client to pay for cost of transport, to waste their time, their energy, like I don't understand why must the solution of the problem from your heaters must involve client's effort, please call me as soon as possible,I'm taking you to social media, you will trend all over, I see on your Facebook page you lie and publish only good reviews which is a lie, you going to see I'm telling you. THEN THEY CALLED ME AND HERE IS WHAT THEY HAVE SAID
