Absolute worst company ever, Have had slow internet for two months, and I have requested a manager call back 3 times and no one calls you back, they will open a ticket and after 5 days they just close it as resolved, I suspect they throttle their customers, but don't want to admit it.

*****, I have a death and disability insurance with momentum, In May 2024 I was in an accident and have permanently lost use of both my legs, Momentum reduces to pay out, claiming I can still do my job? So what is the disability insurance then for? If I can no longer work to do my job, must I then flap my arms and fly to work. I have an accidental Disability policy with them, The agent assisting sent me a form my doctor had to fill in, I had an accident in May 2024 and have not had an income since June 2024. I explained that the Doctors charge 400 ZAR to fill out their medical report, and I don't have money due to not working since May 2024. They don't care and want the form to be filled out. I eventually sc****d together the 400 ZAR and got the form to them. Now they have more excuses not to pay out, They assured me they would pay out when they receive this form, Now they still don't want to pay out and Christmas is here, so while they sit at home filling their bellies, I must starve at home, and hopefully die so I don't bother them again. ********* company, I will be taking them to the Ombudsman. And do they still want their premium every month?
