I bought about 4 pairs of Tsonga shoe's and use to love it. My 1 pair (real leather) are busy fallen apart on the heal part, I dont wear them a lot and are really dissapointed in the quality of the shoe, none of my other Tsonga did that before. I send it to the Customer care but she just send me a list of reasons that shoe heals will do that. I am not happy with her answer, and I will not recommend them, there is no after service from their side. This shoe was not cheap at all. It was very expensive.
I bought a Tarnish Free Waterproof gold ring 13 December, in total I had it on 5 times, the gold is off all around, took it back but they refuse to take it back. I have other waterproof juwellery which I wear everyday did not happen. Stellenbosch Eikestad Lovisa never again
I ordered this morning from 60/60 asked for delivery between 17h00 and 18h00, needed it for supper, it is now 20h20 still nothing, I phoned Customer Service but they were not helpful at all, just said there is a back log. We waited for them all night because on the app it show they are still delivering.Order number 187759967
They advertised that you can buy Douw Egbert coffee 2 for R245. That morning at 8am I put in a order because I could not go to a shop before 5pm, I also bought other stuff to make it ok to pay R35 delivery fee. They took my money a 8am, but because I want delivery after 5pm only did shopping after 5pm and by then had no more stock. If you secure my money secure then my stock. No one seems to worry about this, but I think your money should secure your stock which they had plenty becaus my daughter said there was stacks at 10am when she bought
We went there with both our cars every 2nd week, first the one then fetch one and leave the other. Recently they only take cash (not a problem), but they also do not give you a slip, when I paid my car the lady (wife of the owner) said the car is not on the system, let me just give you your change and keys I will sort it out later. When my husband fetch his bakkie, she said you must pay for 2 cars, he said my wife paid for her car when fetching it, she said "by who" he said not sure, then she said you must pay for the bakkie, he said yes that why I am here, the money lying on the counter already, she made the mistake but do not say sorry, they have a problem now with us. Anyway we thought just leave it all and took the cars today, he then said he will not wash our cars anymore, so petty🤣anyway we took it to the car wash just opposite them, must cheaper and very friendly and helpful. Now they lost 7 cars, because my kids and also my mom use to go there and we will also tell our friends about the new place. All of this just because they were wrong by not giving you a slip as prove of payment. Will not advise anyone to go there. They obviously do not need the business.
I have send numerous emails to Nedbank and to the person who were suppose to assist me Francis Cody, the ref nr 82689216, today after month and a half and 4 emails that was not answered by her I phoned. She was not available and the guy said she will phone me when she is done with her current call, she never phone me back. Bad service overall, Manager Cynthia had no Customer Service skills, we waited over half an hour just for someone to attend to our table. The Schnitzel was the worst I had at any other Spur, crumbs was still white, but the chicken was already dry, we eat this alot at other Spurs and even in George it was great. Also our Spur app show the special is still on, but Cynthia just said it is not and it is not her fault. I think of I was a Manager and it was a Spur mistake for not taking it off the app I would rather keep the client and still give them the special, but we paid full price but decided not to have dessert at another place close by. When I told her how can we give a tip for this service her words "dont worry I will give her a tip", this is not the way to handle tje situation. A simple sorry we made an mistake, and can we do something about the overcook schnitzel would have helped. That Spur lost a loyal customer over R33. We will never go back to any Spur again. I bought 2x golf shirts from the online store. Ordered 4XL, they delivered 1x 4XL and 1x 1Xl. I am now waiting on them to collect and refund me for the last 3 weeks. Send email but they do not respond anymore, also they said they do not have stock but it is still available online. Spoke with a Lee 2 days ago, she said someone from Managment will phone me still no call received. Do not buy online from Cape Union Mart. After receiving your money there is no after service.
I bought online from Cape Union Mart , they delivered the wrong size, I phoned and email them and the lady on the phone said they will collect the wrong shirt and then deliver the correct size. Week later, I had to phone again. The answer the emails 2 days later. Then this morning they said thet do not have stock. Online there is still 2 available in the correct size. I will never buy anything from them again. They do not care about the customers. I never experience such bad customer service before, for such an expensive place you will think they will be more professional.
I went to Netcare Trauma at Kuilsrivier for Abdomen and back pain. They then said I have urine infection also. Dr gave me antibiotics and send me home with no pain meds. I went back the next day they admitted me and I was hoping they will.sort our my abdomen, still nothing at all. They only send a dr for my back which was not my biggest concern. I ask if they got authorisation and they said they will sort it out. Still not received a authorisation number. Now I am treated as a day pasient. If you call someone they just call the next and the next person. Everyone just pass the buck
