Extremely ****ed off with this platform. It charges an unauthorised monthly subscription fee of R195. I tried cancelling this through my bank without any luck. The only way to get rid of these charges is to cancel your card.
Highly disappointed in this brand! First of all, its supposed to be a luxuary brand. I had 2 pairs of leather boots that I've had for quite some time. The only problem is, the soles of these shoes disintegrate or crack. The first experience I had was during covid. I sent them for resoling. Tsonga RUINED my shoes and couldn't wear it again. 5 years later, I have the same issue with resoling. The only difference is, resoling now cost R600 vs the previous R300. No guarantee from the manufacturer that my shoes will be as-good-as-new. The advice from the Brooklyn Shop assistant was, "We are currently on sale, perhaps buy a new pair" My response: "I will never buy another pair of Tsongas in my life again" In an attempt to get my boots fixed from a haberdashery, I was told its not fixable. Imagine my surprise when I saw 4 other pairs of Tsongas lying on there counter. This brand is a ****.
VW Financial services disappointed & violated my arrangement today! A month ago I received a text that my debit order will be processed on the 15th December. I specifically called them the day after to ensure they move my debit order back to the original date later in the month, since I was not sure when I will receive my salary on the 15th December. Surprize Surprize! The debit order went off today. What is the point of making arrangements if it gets disregarded! Also, with all the marketing tools there are in these days, surely they know who are the clients that are/ aren't diligent payers. I am an individual with an above average credit score and in the 3 odd years I have had financing through VWFS, I have never missed a payment. This is also because I make prior arrangements to ensure I can honour the payments. I feel violated by the way they decide when your debit order should be processed. Surely this is NOT the way you treat your most reliable payers. This feels like corporate bullying.
To whom it may concern, I would like to express my extreme and utter disappointment in FNB services. I have informed them well in advance about my travel arrangements going abroad. Despite my efforts in contacting them prior and during my trip, I am still unable to withdraw any money. In fact, I constantly have to make payments to a competitor bank in order to function properly. This is unacceptable, and Im highly motivated to permanently move my accounts.
I recently noticed that Vodacom falsely reported 5 missed payments on my account. This of course, is COMPLETELY FALSE, because I don't even have a debit order with them. For the last 14 years I have made EFT payments to them. I have already reported this to Vodacom, Clear Score and its been communicated to Experian too. Imagine the poor service from Vodacom! Their consultants can see I make my payments by EFT, but no one can even send an email notification that their mistake will be corrected. They play ping-pong with their customers between Customer Care and the Credit Department. And, what's worse, I am advised that this will take 20 business days for the correction to take place, oh and, "please dont apply for credit in the next two months until your dispute has beeen settled." This is yet another example of how Vodacom bullies ther loyal customers. I dont understand how this should take 20 business days, and further, why shoul MY credit-worthiness be affected by Vodacom's mistake. THIS MUST BE ACTED ON IMMEDIATELY!
Imagine my surprise when I checked my credit score and noticed that Vodacom flagged 5 missed payments on my credit report. I AM BEYOND ANGRY ABOUT THIS. Bare in mind, on Clear Score it shows that I have "missed my payments" on the 15th of the months of November, December 2023 as well as January, February and March 2024. I DONT EVEN HAVE A DEBIT ORDER WITH VODACOM! I have, for the last 10 years paid them by means of EFT, without fail! I want this corrected ASAP, IT IS COMPLETELY WRONG, FALSE AND *********;
