My car was settled last month 13th of February, i havent received all the required documents for change of ownership instead they keep on sending me emails that they can do registration on my behalf at a cost if R396,40

I received a text from VWFS wherein they informed me that my debit order date for December will be on the 18th of December not the agreed on 25th. I responded and informed then I do not consent. Today the 18th the deduction when off my account. In order to make things more convenient for VWFS they unilaterally changed my deduction date without my consent and disregarding if I have sufficient funds in my account. This conduct the unacceptable and I am reporting them to the Consumer Protection Commission for ********* behavior.

VW Financial services disappointed & violated my arrangement today! A month ago I received a text that my debit order will be processed on the 15th December. I specifically called them the day after to ensure they move my debit order back to the original date later in the month, since I was not sure when I will receive my salary on the 15th December. Surprize Surprize! The debit order went off today. What is the point of making arrangements if it gets disregarded! Also, with all the marketing tools there are in these days, surely they know who are the clients that are/ aren't diligent payers. I am an individual with an above average credit score and in the 3 odd years I have had financing through VWFS, I have never missed a payment. This is also because I make prior arrangements to ensure I can honour the payments. I feel violated by the way they decide when your debit order should be processed. Surely this is NOT the way you treat your most reliable payers. This feels like corporate bullying.

Pathetic - One for the Ombudsman to investigate. VW Financial Services provide settlement figures, the balance is settled accordingly and yet even before the 15th of the month.... they debit your account for the premium! How many customers have experienced this ... then they refund based on their terms ... claiming the interest. Would like the Ombudsman to investigate this cheap practise...

Please help, I was de*****ed by VW general dealer, I bought 2024 VW polo vivo last year around May but they let me sign all papers they told me the vehicle I bought is not on the floor they are going to look for it some else. The car did not arrived the whole week and when ask the manager when I am getting my car he KEEPS on saying the following day, He **** to me until I asked him to cancel the deal because the car had not arrived on agree date and the manager refused. The following week I then went to another dealer to buy car. The manager of VW Heidelberg then call me after ten days and said the car has arrived I must come collect, I then told him that sorry I asked you to cancel the deal and you refused so I have already bought another car. The dealer keeps sending me statement saying that my account is arrears and they have already backlisted me and also they threaten me with lawyers. I have never own VW polo, I don't know what color look like or test drive. I lodge complaint to MIOSA (motor industry ombudsman of south Africa) and to NCR. On 15 July 2025 the lady from VW financial (Nobunle Mmbooi )send me an email requesting some information regarding the matter indeed i respond to her mail and since then the lady disappear she doesn't respond the mail nor calls.

VW Financial Services and the request for insurance is just a nightmare to a customer. On 03 February 2025, I received and email requesting proof of insurance. I provided it same day and received an email at 16h59 acknowledging the email, A few minutes later, I received and email asking for proof insurance again (still on 03 February 2025). Now today, I'm being bombarded with "gentle reminder" messages via sms. Why do you bother with wanting a response, if you will not attend to email and mark off the required information. Last year it was the same thing, you harass a person when the process from your end are lacking! I had to call and ask someone to actually go through the inbox and find the millions of emails I was sending in response. The phone is not being answered today, so I have once again, sent proof of insurance. Can someone please check the inbox today and mark me as compliant.
