VW Financial Services provide settlement figures, the balance is settled accordingly and yet even before the 15th of the month.... they debit your account for the premium! How many customers have experienced this ... then they refund based on their terms ... claiming the interest. Would like the Ombudsman to investigate this cheap practise...
Pathetic Call Centre Managers who never want to engage or feedback to the clients. No response for over a week, consultants left to carry the load and no ability to resolve issues until Manager feedback. Seems there are more Chiefs than Indians in this organization...
