Not trust worthy
Small business that does not deliver, correspond or react to outstanding orders. Ordered 13/04/24, with assurance of delivery between 6 to 14 working days, paid R140 for courier, in same town, promises of delivery over and over again, and then sudden silence, complete avoidance, no answer to refund, no answer to delivery of goods. This is a good example of a small business you cannot trust. Sad, but true.

Be warned
Be aware of this on line company, do not deliver and getting a refund is near impossible. Customer care is non existent. If you have money to throw away, go ahead and buy.

Be aware
Be aware of this company, ordered in Dec 2022, no delivery, literally impossible to get in contact with them, requested a refund to no avail, so disappointed with what we have to tolerate in SA, and the ads still flash across screens every where.

Online scam
Online order, 5th Dec 2022, paid in full, to date, no delivery. No correspondence, all hanging, this is obviously a scam.

Scam business that cannot communicate even after receiving money, the dishonest way!
Ordered and paid 5 Dec 2022. SCAM company does reply but by computer generated message, telephone is answered by computer, but no help or communication other than no reply messages at all. Sure this SCAM company is run by computers, robots or anything other than a human!!!! Please do not be caught by this company for any product available on their website.

BAD SERVICES
Customer service library non existent, good delivered to incorrect address and person. No contact with courier what so ever, this was the last time I will use this company! Bad service, bad delivery. Luckily, and conveniently, no one needs þo sign for a delivery, you just receive an email stating complete
