Worst service ever. Bought a sling bag, received it. After 3 weeks, the stitching on zip are opening up. Sent it back to repair. Repaired it so badly that I refused to accept the bag as it looks terrible. Gave me anoher sling nag, half the size of the one I had. Not worth the money. Informed them that the bag is so small compared to the one I bought. Then they said the factory will make me a new one. Requested my money back teice. Eveeytime I send a mesaage they jave excuses why I have not yet received my bag. She needs to speak to her boss the whole time. Last excuse was that they moved. Its been almost 8 months now. Really want to support small local buaineases but if this is the type of service you receive, I will rather buy from a chain store
