This site is a ****. I placed an order for a sling bag, paid for the item and a month and a half later no response from the two apparent ladies that own the company
This is a **** business. I placed an order on the 23.05.2024. It was supposed to be an in stock item. I contacted the owner on WhatsApp she said they were sick and will follow up. Up until now they’ve been ignoring my messages and calls!
This is the third different order in a two month window that my deliveries have not arrived on delivery day.(why have I paid for same day delivery?) No communication is made from them and I sit at home waiting patiently for my urgent parcel. I urge the public to stop buying from them. Also, my previous two orders were incorrect sized items I give up!
I Placed an online order on the 30 August 2022 for the Z fold 3. I was approved and it was set for delivery. I realized on the 31 August 2022 that the Z fold 4 was a cheaper alternative for me, so i called in, canceled the order that was placed the day before and placed a new order for the new Z fold 4. (Done telephonically) Seven days later i call in 7 times, to find out what is happening with my delivery only for MTN to tell me that i am not approved(conditionally approved), because i made a new application even though it was the next day. I will now have to wait 3 months?? This does not make any sense. How does one get approved the day before and yet the day after no approval. MTN has made no effort to escalate my issue and look into it with management or get back to me! Customer service is pathetic.
I found a vehicle I wanted to purchase on Finance with the stated Selling price. I applied for finance expecting the usual on the road costs, delivery(which in essence should not be charged) and warranty costs to be added to my finance. According to their “rule” in fine print I am liable to pay for Dekra damages to get the car road worthy where they add the damages charges additionally to my financed amount. A vehicle I expect to pay for with the stipulated selling price of R195,000.00 ended up amounting to R230,000.00 on finance after their additions. This is not a fair practice according to the consumer law. Secondly this entire process is taking them already 7 working days. Also this is at the stage before the car needs to get its repairs done. Honestly, support other dealers. You end up paying the same total amount and get your vehicle within the same day or two. Thirdly, you will definitely get better client service elsewhere. They need to realise that as a business you chase clients. Don’t let your clients chase you!
