Fraud at Digi Cafe in Cape Gate

They sold my father in law an old 2015 model phone for R1800 as if new. I went with him to return it the next day. They completed the return form and said the funds from the original card transaction must first clear in their account and they will make an EFT that Friday plus send proof of payment via email.
