Wesley Meyer in DigiCape Gardens Centre Cape Town gave me incredible service. The matter was time sensitive and he was super efficient and quick. I had my first experience with DigiCape on 02 August last year when I ordered an iPhone charger. To be honest, I was a bit sceptical because it was my first time buying from them, but my order arrived the very next day! The adapter is still working perfectly to this day. On the 2nd of this month, I ordered a Beats iPhone cable, and once again the delivery was fast, it arrived in just 2 days. What impressed me even more is the performance. The cable works even better than the original one my iphone came with EXACTLY FROM THE ISTORE, and it doesn’t overheat my phone like the original used to before it just stopped Reliable service, quick delivery, and quality products. I highly recommend DigiCape.

I have been dealing with Digicape for a number of years and have never been disappointed in the level of service and efficiency when dealing with queries. Every single person I have dealt with at Digicape over the years have been professional, courteous and overall very pleasant to engage with. I’m super excited, I received my package a day after placing the order! The turnaround time is impeccable. The consultants were very friendly and helpful, and I wanted to say thank you so much. I write this review with a heavy heart. Tomorrow is my fiancés birthday and I had planned on buying her a Mac Book Air M4. Yesterday the saw it on the DigiCape website and because I was at work and was going to be working late, figured I would I would go today to go buy the product that at the time was listed for R19499. I checked the page I was on to see if the store near me had stock at around 4pm and it listed medium stock so I had little concern that stock would run out. Moreover, the webpage did not stipulate when the promo would end, just that the product was discounted by R3000. This morning I took leave and just as I was about to leave for the store, I quickly checked the website and to my dismay, the price had changed to R21999. I tried to call the store and I was advised that there is nothing they can do for me. Had I had known that the promo was ending last night, I would called or tried to get to the store or even send someone to the store on my behalf. I am saddened and stranded cause I no longer know what to do as I had about 17k for the gift but because the M4 was on special, I s****ped to top it up with an additional R2500 so that I have just enough for the M4 of which I know she would have loved.

Digicape Roeland str I was helped by Arnold, that went out of his way to be informative, helpful, and he never made me feel like a total idiot , and he had a smile on his face for the duration of the session, and it didn't cost me a arm and a leg Thanx again
