Why must I always struggle when I go to collect my parcel in store? Whats the point of those feedback links we complete if nothing changes? No one attends to you they just focus on the payments line
Why must I always struggle when I go to collect my parcel in store? Whats the point of those feedback links we complete if nothing changes? No one attends to you they just focus on the payments line. Are these people not told that online purchases are also paid for? This is the second time Im experiencing this nonsense. Comfort just kept on assisting other people and blatantly ignored me in the supposedly dedicated line for collection. This treatment and incompetence needs to be addressed and stopped. I cant be treated like Im not a paying customer while I am one! I even regret placing the order that Im currently waiting for!

I regret taking a data plan with this network
I regret taking a data plan with this network. Useless and poor service. I already received a bill but I can not activate the e-sim because their rice is offline. For 2 days. Their useless app says go to the store and at the store you are turned back. Waste of time and petrol. I’m so disgusted and I haven’t even started my data plan with them. I don’t recommend at all

Horrible customer service for the second time
Horrible customer service for the second time. I tried more than 3 times to submit a simplee windscreen claim on the app, the app wont submit. It is faulty and useless. Had a chat with bot and emailed. Still have not logged my claim. This is disgusting service. The last time I sent a query I was only answered after 7 days and the reason was that my email was lost in their system. Now I nees the service that I am paying for every month without fail ; all I get is frustration and no service.

Pathethic service
Pathethic service. I have been waiting on my vehicle license for a week and they failed to deliver on time. I have contact them both on emails and whatsapp to change address and there is no response. Im disguted by the treament fron this *********** company!!

Disgusting service by the courier guy today
Disgusting service by the courier guy today. I ordered from a store where same day delivery is guaranteed and the courier guy failed to make delivery and also failed to make any means of communication. I tried to follow up but all I get is Bot responses. This is shocking and disgusting considering that I paid for this service. I dont recommend them.

Im terriby dissapointed
Im terriby dissapointed. I placed my order very early for same day delivery and paid for it. I got an alert that it will be delivered the following day, how? When they promise same day delivery and convenience? I emailed to inquire, no response. I called and I was **** to that the gas will be delivered today. Gas never came, Im stranded and cant make myself food. Service is so unprofessional and frustrating. I do not recommend and will never buy from them again.
