PUBLIC NOTICE OF RETRACTION AND APOLOGY

I, Carissa Meiring, wish to formally retract a previous review I published regarding Digiliv Group (Pty) Ltd t/a Diginu.

After reviewing my statements, I acknowledge that parts of my post may have contained misleading or incorrect assumptions based on my limited understanding of Diginu’s full operating procedures, commission model, and training systems. My prior commentary was written based on a personal experience and was not intended to harm, defame, or discredit the company or its team.

I acknowledge that I did not fully explore or apply all training, onboarding, or operational protocols provided by Diginu, and that my public expression of dissatisfaction may not have reflected the experience of others. I further acknowledge that Diginu did provide support, encouragement, and access to training, which I did not fully utilize.

I unreservedly apologize to Digiliv Group (Pty) Ltd t/a Diginu, its management, and affiliated teams for the negative impact my statements may have had on their reputation. I confirm that I have removed the relevant post(s) and offer this public retraction in good faith and in full resolution of this matter.
