I am seeking a rental apartment in Cape Town and 2 Realtors came up with RED FLAGS. They advertise apartments, and then approve people for the listing. Then, they say that NO one can view the apartment until the deposit is paid, and 1st months rental……what a ****!! Info reported to PPRA as below: Parkson Aim Realtors - Apparent Certificatr Number: 2023740779 https://parksonaimrealtors.co.za/ 078 5455 942 info@parksonaimrealtors.co.za parksonaimrealtors@gmail.com I couldn’t find Parkson Aim Realtors in the PPRA (Property Practitioners Regulatory Authority) public resources by name. I asked to verify any agent/firm directly via the PPRA search tool and helpline, but they cannot be found.. I asked for a valid Fidelity Fund Certificate (FFC) for both the firm and the individual agent which is legally required in SA but they cannot provide this. I have asked for them to independently verify: PPRA registry (firm + agent name or FFC number). I have asked for them to independently verify: Company registration on CIPC Further to this - they have a sister website called uniqueonerealtors.co.za 0785455942 info@uniqueonerealtors.co.za rental@uniqueonerealtors.co.za sales@uniqueonerealtors.co.za The site copy for both have multiple template red flags (e.g., generic blog post with a random Gmail listed as “info.contact@gmail.com” and “Sunday: Clossed”). on both websites.

I, Carissa Meiring, wish to formally retract a previous review I published regarding Digiliv Group (Pty) Ltd t/a Diginu. After reviewing my statements, I acknowledge that parts of my post may have contained misleading or incorrect assumptions based on my limited understanding of Diginu’s full operating procedures, commission model, and training systems. My prior commentary was written based on a personal experience and was not intended to harm, defame, or discredit the company or its team. I acknowledge that I did not fully explore or apply all training, onboarding, or operational protocols provided by Diginu, and that my public expression of dissatisfaction may not have reflected the experience of others. I further acknowledge that Diginu did provide support, encouragement, and access to training, which I did not fully utilize. I unreservedly apologize to Digiliv Group (Pty) Ltd t/a Diginu, its management, and affiliated teams for the negative impact my statements may have had on their reputation. I confirm that I have removed the relevant post(s) and offer this public retraction in good faith and in full resolution of this matter. Signed, Carissa Meiring
Do NOT consider purchasing TRIMTECH pieces of s**** metal! The Trimtech Push Mower 9100-606416 product, contrary to the **** reviews on Builders Warehouse, it does NOT CUT GRASS which is the primary purpose of the product! Do not expect a refund either, they do not do refunds. I literally tried to mow one strip of grass with it only cutting 40% of the grass in that small strip. I returned it IMMEDIATELY! Only to be told I must send it in for repairs! Repairs for a product that cant cut grass after 2 minutes??? The RUDE lady in customer Care was too involved with her phone and tiktok videos to help me, and was annoyed that I asked for assistance. I asked the sales man on the floor - "tell me, how many of these get returns? and he said ALOT MAME!" So I took to the email of customer care which is even worse! I am disgusted in Builders Warehouse, and its staff, and Trimtech who is also not passing a refund or return.
Further to the Diginu Multi-level Marketing scheme - one will be told that you will need to download another app called "diginu pay" without this one cannot be paid their "commissions". Remember - they tell everyone that to onboard is "FREE", Training is "FREE". ..... here is the catch, they have a side business called "Diginu Cashbacks" - you need to pay R199 initial fee to join, and then after its, they tell you they need you to sign up for the debit order, and BOOM, its a monthly fee of R199, ........the question is, WHO is actually earning here? NOT the Merchant Marketers.......Not the Customer Marketers..... Be prepared for them to USE you and your personal LinkedIn profile to do their marketing, and be prepared to violate Linkedin Ad policies, and Be prepared to have your profile banned, locked out, or reported for ***** and ****s......so maybe this is a ****? you decide.
Hi All, I’d like to join the conversation about the infamous "Diginu." I've been actively job-seeking for the past 1.5 years, furthering my studies and applying for legitimate roles. About six weeks ago, I came across DIGINU.COM and app**** for three different positions that aligned with my education and experience. Each post was listed by a different person, but all within the same company. I attended what I thought was an interview via Zoom, dressed and prepared. To my surprise, it was actually a "team meeting" designed to sell the 400 of us on a multi-level marketing program (MLM). Despite my skepticism, my husband and I decided to give it a shot. What could we lose, right? The Training Process: A Red Flag I completed the so-called "Free Training" in under four days. It was far from professional, consisting of poorly structured, unpolished video recordings. Claims that this "training" was worth thousands of rands were exaggerated—it was worth little at best. The Job Breakdown – What You Really Sign Up For The actual job? Completely unpaid and reliant on your own data and resources. Here's the breakdown: 1. Training: o 35 hours to become a merchant marketer. o 6 hours to become a customer marketer. o Wait 3 weeks for certification to onboard merchants. 2. Merchant Onboarding Tasks: o Be a door-to-door salesperson, handing out merchant letters. o Require a computer (a phone won’t cut it). o Obtain owner contact details and permission to onboard them. o Gather high-resolution images of every menu item. o Build the merchant's online shop profile manually, including menus, images, prices, contact details, and Google Maps backlinks. o Continuously update the merchant’s profile with new items, specials, or changes. o Merchants need an Android device to manage orders—no device is provided. o Merchants must download a separate "Diginu Pay" app to access their earnings, with all withdrawal fees pushed onto them. How You Get Paid – Or Don’t Payment is entirely commission-based and only if the merchants you sign up go live. Here's how the commissions are structured: • 0.5% commission on sales from merchants you sign up directly. • 0.2% commission on sales from customers you refer. The Reality of the Work • No company email or business cards provided. • No startup funds to cover printing or marketing materials. • Certification is delayed unless you chase them constantly. Initial Out-of-Pocket Costs: • Printing 50 merchant letters: R250. • Additional printing costs: R150. • LinkedIn Job Post (charged after 6 minutes live): R1,200. • Total: R1,600 before you even begin the actual onboarding. Field Experience: Waste of Time and Dignity I spent 3 hours at my local mall approaching businesses. None of the owners were available, and I was promised call-backs that never came. When revisiting, the demo app crashed for two days, and the website was non-functional. I felt embarrassed and misrepresented. Total wasted time: 57 hours, zero pay. Exploring the Customer Marketing Route I shifted my focus to Customer Marketing, which seemed easier. But it came with its own set of issues: • Using my personal LinkedIn profile, I posted what I thought was a legitimate job opportunity. • Provided "scripts" made it easier to respond but felt morally questionable. • The real goal? Get applicants to download the app under the guise of a job opportunity. • Zoom calls marketed as "interviews" were actually MLM pitches. • Many participants, like me, were misled and invested significant time and effort before realizing the truth. Summary of Losses • Total Hours Lost: Over 100 hours of unbillable time. • Total Out-of-Pocket Costs: R1,465 (not including petrol costs for driving around). • Loss of Professional Credibility: Embarrassment and reputational damage due to misrepresentation. The Bottom Line This is a classic MLM funnel: sign up merchants and customers, then push others to do the same. Many hopeful candidates, like myself, initially bought into the idea, but only a small percentage stayed after realizing the full extent of the commitment and lack of tangible results. Final Thoughts and Warnings • You will waste time, money, and possibly damage your professional reputation. • You will not be given adequate tools or support to succeed. • You will be pressured to recruit others under the guise of offering them job opportunities. So, there it is—my unfiltered experience. Decide for yourself, but don’t say you haven’t been warned. Outstanding responsive call back moments after completing an online form enquiry. Such friendly service, fast set up and connection, From end to end, I was sorted within 5 minutes, and now to simply collect my router, and we are golden.
NOT so Reliable store, what a disappointment. Its online stores like this that give the online shopping industry a bad name. If you are prepared to never get feedback on an order, happy to wait 3 months to possibly get an order, happy to never have a telephone line answered, then use this company. Never again will I use or recommend Reliable or deal hub. !!!! order 23 May, and now 25 June!
Super Disappointing dealing with www.litehouse.co.za! I ordered a string of solar bulbs on 31 Jan 2022, i received order confirmation. No further confirmations on delivery. On 3 Feb 2022 I sent a follow up email to see where my order was, and got a response to say that it should arrive soon. on 4th Feb 2022, I now receive an email saying they have no stock and will refund. Come on guys! sort your business out! We are trying to support local business, but the service levels are shocking.
Total Risk Administrators GAP cover are top of their game in the industry. I recently had my Hysterectomy and TRA covered fully the shortfall that my medical aid hospital cover did not pay. Refund to me after completed forms were submitted took under 5 working days. Their admin team are efficient and helpful, and quite frankly a life saver!
