Bought a brand new 52cc Brush cutter on 20 December 2025 used it about 4 times. Then it broke it didn't want rev up.or anything. I struggled to start it and the recoil starter rope broke and I found that the fuel lines keep on braking making it difficult to start the machine. I then took it back to builders warehouse where I bought it from and they send it back to Trimtech as the machine has a 12 month guarantee. Trimtech then communicated with me via email and said that the issue was the sparkplug wire and that because I used 4x nylon strings on the cutting that, that was the issue that caused the problem in the first place. People I'm by all means no expert but if you buy a brand new machine you would expect the fuel lines to be new and nit braking and perishing and that the recoil starter string to more durable then what it is. To date I'm still struggling with the machine bought new fuel lines and new recoil starter that also broke. So what is a person to do if you get bad service from the supplier. Complain!!!! I will never recommend anyone to buy Trimtech products as the after sales service and warranty is null in void

I bought a Trimtech 4-stroke petrol lawnmower a while back and I've had endless issues and an uncut lawn for months now. On the first cut the blade broke, the piece of garbage has been reconditioned twice, the choke broke and the choke cable is too short making it pinch when the handles are folded down, I literally just got it back form the service centre and started to cut my lawn but after 10 minutes the thing broke again and is unable to start. This is the worst piece of machinery that has ever been produced in the history of the industrial revolution. I would much rather buy a ticket to take a nose dive into the ocean on a Concord than buy a Trimtech product ever agian. You'll be better off cutting your grass on your hands and knees with scissors under the hot African sun risking getting stage four skin cancer than buying a Trimtech product. Skaam julself dat julle so n gemors produk op die mark sit. Sies vir julle.

Very poor quality on their chainsaw machine it couldn't even last 2 days, firstly they said the machine was dropped then they now changing to incorrect mix..they deserve 0 rating.

Bought at trimtech lawnmower at Makro Desember 2024 . What a big mistake. Didn't last a day. Motor start's then stops asoon as you start cutting. Send it back to Makro Nelspruit who took 3 months to get it fixed. The same day it broke again. Now they say we can not return it as it's damage due to Human error. It's a *** produkte Wil never recommend it to anybody. Going back to wolf or Ryobi.
