stay away rather buy a trimmer from TEMU u will get better waranty from them.Bought trimmer from builders january 2026.March 2026 while trimming my driveway it started to burn.Hardly used the 8 times now there is no waranty and TRIMTEC alledged 1 year waranty and that I burned the motor.How the F*** do u do that ???

subitted documents for unclaimed benifits was submitted 19 july 2024.Was told payment will be done within 60 working days.its now 65 working days tried phoning jhb 0117037000 switch bord gave me 0117037146 direct number to phone.tried phoning nonstop for 1h30min no answer.phoned callcentre back rude guy gave me 0110737090..yet line busy for 30 min no answer. I just want to get status of my claim seriously no help no answer .Where is customer support now a days

I ordered DYMO LETRATAG LT100-H HANDHELD LABEL MAKER 30 march 2021 (order #85927915) I received the unit 01 April 2021 that didn't work it didn't even switch on I contacted Takealot for replacement and received order (RRN-7317-cf20). According to Takealot app (order no #85983427) It was out for delivery Tuesday 06 April 2021 09h00 at courier "fast and furious". I tried phoning the courier company to hear the estimated delivery time that I can be available for delivery and collection, their telephone number just keep on ringing nobody answers. The original delivery date was then Wednesday 07 April 2021 between 08h00 and the latest 17h00 I then booked Vacation leave from work to be available for delivery as it was deliver and collection, and I waited and nobody phoned or showed up . Thursday 08 April 2021, I went to Takealot at Wonderboom junction I was informed that it was rescheduled for Thursday 08 April 2021 between 08h00 and 17h00 yet again I waited and yet nobody came or phoned It's very disappointed I waited for 3 days none contacted or showed up from fast and furious couriers or Takealot.. replied from takealot... I will be escalating this to the relevant department for this matter can be investigated accordingly, as soon as we have an update we will be in contact with you directly. takealot reply #2 Kindly note that we have escalated this matter to the courier and they ave come back to us saying Please be advised that the parcel is returned to FNF branch Expected to deliver Monday my reply... Monday is going to difficult monday iam back at work and here is nobody to do the collection. If possible if the package to be delivered to Takealot pickup point at wonderboom junction i will the do the pickup there takealot reply #3...
