I 2023 I went into debt review. FNB reported me for non payment 5 times during March and again in September. All my debt was paid in full and now they don't know how to remove it. On my credit record it show a amount outstanding as R234 but I can't pay that. Calling their call center, visiting their branches as well as emailing all the different departments all gave me no success. Stay far away from FNB unless you want them to ***** your finances up completely.
The delivery driver call me at 13:58 to say he is in front of my gate. He does not introduce himself or anything. While he is calling I had to try and figure out who the hell he was. After figuring that out I immediately called my sister that is staying on the premises to go out to collect the parcel. She call me back at 14:02 and reported that the driver already left. I called him again at 14:03 where he responded saying he don't have time to deliver. He have a appointment at 14:00. All this happened within 5 minutes. The worst part is he called me at 13:58 the email saying that he couldn't make contact came thrue at 14:01. That is 3 minutes whereby I had to decipher who he was because he couldn't even introduce himself properly.
Great service BUT the nonstop emails (5 in less then 2 minutes) every couple of days telling me to give a review is getting really annoying.
I have a account with FNB that I tried to pay but couldn't. I also went into the branch to get some help on how to pay the account whereby the lady told me that they cannot access that account.. I spent a couple of hours on that day in the branch to see how we can sort it out but I still don't have a answer. The fact that that money (R234) is outstanding causes problems on my credit score. Please guys. Sort your stuff out.
I am really happy with the service I recieve from 10x. There is alot of useful information in the Rands and sence section as well as a whole bunch of calculators to help you plan your financial goals. Yes, there is a few negative reviews on hello Peter but always remember that 10x also have to abide with the tax obligations and all kind of laws and regulations involved. Keep it up 10x

Wednesday 25 June I placed a order online to be picked up at Northmead Square. Order was placed at 16:36. Pickup time was 17:45. When I got there the order was most probably ready BUT the lady that was giving out the orders was too busy building a tower with all the orders that is supposed to go out to the waiting customers. I stood there trying to get my order until 18:30 with no success. I left without it even tho I paid online for it. Yes they were busy but a hour to make it and another 45 minutes and I still didn't get it? That is beyond pathetic.
