Unique One realtors - what a ****!!
I am seeking a rental apartment in Cape Town and 2 Realtors came up with RED FLAGS. They advertise apartments, and then approve people for the listing. Then, they say that NO one can view the apartment until the deposit is paid, and 1st months rental……what a ****!! Info reported to PPRA as below: uniqueonerealtors.co.za 0785455942 info@uniqueonerealtors.co.za rental@uniqueonerealtors.co.za sales@uniqueonerealtors.co.za The site copy for both have multiple template red flags (e.g., generic blog post with a random Gmail listed as “info.contact@gmail.com” and “Sunday: Clossed”). on both websites. Info reported to PPRA as below: I couldn’t find uniqueonerealtors.co.za in the PPRA (Property Practitioners Regulatory Authority) public resources by name. I asked to verify any agent/firm directly via the PPRA search tool and helpline, but they cannot be found.. I asked for a valid Fidelity Fund Certificate (FFC) for both the firm and the individual agent which is legally required in SA but they cannot provide this. I have asked for them to independently verify: PPRA registry (firm + agent name or FFC number). I have asked for them to independently verify: Company registration on CIPC Further to this - they have a sister website called Parkson Aim Realtors - https://parksonaimrealtors.co.za/ 078 5455 942 info@parksonaimrealtors.co.za parksonaimrealtors@gmail.com I couldn’t find Parkson Aim Realtors in the PPRA (Property Practitioners Regulatory Authority) public resources by name. I asked to verify any agent/firm directly via the PPRA search tool and helpline, but they cannot be found.. ****mers are everywhere, **** of the earth! These people wanted R1000 upfront to process my application They wouldn't let me view the property without this money Like what the hell I get emailed from a Gmail address Their apparent website is nonsense, listed houses that don't exist at those addresses The property interested in isn't even on their website How stupid do these people think we are? "Daniel Gerds" email me Apparently they get their time wasted when scheduling viewings and people don't show up What a nonsense (putting it lightly) explanation! Isn't the job of a realtor to assist any possible buyer or rented as to get the property sold? The Whattsapp number was 0710852754 The email address was uniqueonerealtors@gmail.com But yet at the bottom of this Daniel email there is a info@uniqueonerealtors.co.za email address
