DigiServ - How do we contact you

DigiServ is web email hosting company. Once your emails are down you have to send them an email to receive a ticket which then will be escalated to the various departments. Now if it is DOWN (ur email) how in God's name do u send them one as they will inform you that the email you have sent is not recognized by there server. Ivan Redman-Evans has an email adress hosted by them. Numerous emails sent from his staff to DigiServ asking them to rectify the issue we are having with no response. DigiServ has NO CONTACT NUMBER ON THE WEBSITE ONLY CONTACT VIA EMAIL.
