Unfair treatment
Digistics needs to make sure that companies they deal with do right by their people i worked for masa at digistics and digistics is a good company but they have to hold masa (port elizabeth) accountable for not taking care of their staff they use masa as an agency to provide competent staff but masa does not take care of their people i was dismissed on the 15 December 2025 until today they have not submitted my provident fund claim nor can they provide my UI19 forms

Digistics truck causes damage to motorist
I was traveling on tbe high way coming from Jhb to Pta when the Digistics truck in front of me shot a stone from its wheel that hit my widscreen and it cracked. My passanger saw it and I asked him to take pictures which he did. I contacted the admin team at Digistics the gave me a list of hoops to jump through and once I jumped through all the hoops they told me that there insurance does not cover that type of thing. So I need to pay for it myself. This is crazy. No my car is damaged and all they do is shrug their shoulders. Stay far away from them.

Rude driver
Just had a encounter with one of your truck drivers at KFC Constantia Kloof.truck driver completely blocked entrance to the drive through..upon confronting the driver,he pulled a metal rod on me..drivers name is Lucas with truck reg JX 97 BS GP. As a company you can’t have hooligan’s represent your brand.

I bought a product called Digestic on 26th July 2023
I bought a product called Digestic on 26th July 2023. I have completed the product and followed the instructions as per instructions all I can say is it is a total waste of money, over priced and a definite NO.

Bad driver
I want to express that I am utterly disgusted by the behavior of your truck driver who bul**** me off the road today. I am a person who gives gaps to trucks because I under stand that people abuse the road to push in front truck. Today there was a road closure due to wet paint on the road. I was more than 2 car lengths next to the truck and was forced to push vehicles on my left off the road because it was either my car getting damaged or get out the way. Because who cares its not the truck drivers car or their truck, nor is its his insurance, so WHO CARES. I wouldn’t understand how your driver can have this no care attitude, but if this is the way you run your business. Difistics blocked the road for 35 minutes
The driver of the truck was very very rude and blocked the road for 35 minutes and said that they have things to offload so its fine to block the road
