Digistics truck causes damage to motorist

I was traveling on tbe high way coming from Jhb to Pta when the Digistics truck in front of me shot a stone from its wheel that hit my widscreen and it cracked. My passanger saw it and I asked him to take pictures which he did.

I contacted the admin team at Digistics the gave me a list of hoops to jump through and once I jumped through all the hoops they told me that there insurance does not cover that type of thing. So I need to pay for it myself. This is crazy. No my car is damaged and all they do is shrug their shoulders. Stay far away from them.
