Double payment confusion.
We bought software from Digitalloot a while ago and due to an error from our side, we made a double payment from two different platforms, which was entirely my fault. This resulted in confusion to get one of these platforms to return the payment. One dead end after the other. We contacted Nathan to see if he could help and he really walked the extra mile to get it resolved. Thanks SO much Nathan, you are a star!!!! And the software is perfect!!!!

Double payment confusion.

Experienced small hiccup with key activation. Thankfully Nathan responded and got everything sorted. Thankful to the support from Digital Loot. Will Do business with them in future. Great Company!

Digital Loot Delivers!
I've used Corel software for 20+ years and in Dec 2023 I purchased Coreldraw 2023, Corel Painter 2023 and Corel Videostudio 2023 from digital Loot. Once my payment was confirmed (Next day) Licence activation keys were sent. Every product key is legit and i registered them on Corel.Com. Nathan Scott was very prompt and helpful with a query that i emailed him. Best price ANYWHERE.

That's how you do business in SA.
Very hesitant to go ahead with ordering Corel Draw 2023 because the price was so much lower than other adverts. Tried calling with no answer, and then Nathan calls me back 3 minutes later. He explains exactly how the process works, I pay my money and the access codes come straight through on my email. He also sends me a mail explaining what to do if there are any glitches with the download process. Can't see any reason why I would need to go anywhere else for future software needs. Thanks Guys.
