Digital Planet refused to release my FNB parcel even after I provided the 3rd party’s original ID and certified copies as requested. Staff had a bad attitude and refused to help, insisting they needed to scan the owner’s ID despite the authorized 3rd party being present. What I was told over whatsapp didn’t match what the courier asked for. Poor communication and inconsistent process for time-sensitive documents. Need urgent resolution and clear policy communication. Result: Due to inconsistent instructions and staff refusing to release the parcel despite valid documentation, the delivery failed twice. The issue remains unresolved.
