I am writing this review with grave concerns with the way in which the claim that was submitted by my mother under a policy insurance held at your company.
My mother submitted a claim for the deceased (her cousin) a week ago and she has not received a payout from this claim because the consultant states that she will need to alter the policy as the deceased's ID number is incomplete on the policy information/policy schedule. I wish to put it to you that this is not at all my mother's fault as your company ACCEPTED the application form and PROCEEDED to cover the deceased with INCOMPLETE INFORMATION. No one had followed up with her to ask for a full ID number and this only comes up now AFTER YOU HAVE PROCEEDED to deduct monthly premiums under this policy knowing fully that there is incomplete information.
