Dignity Group failed us in 2021, Dignity Group failed us again on 27/02/2026 via the Uitenhage branch, including some rude unprofessional management staff from their head office who blatantly refused to talk to us for our claim that is over 190hrs overdue. Dignity Group doesn't even deserve the one red star. Dignity Group admitted to their internal dismal admin failure but yet treated our family extremely bad, they still have not paid our claim by 11pm, 27th Feb, the claim was submitted to them on the 23rd of Feb 2026, they have no clue how to fix their dismal admin failure but no commitment to fix our problem.

Dignity group deducted on my payroll while the policy is cancelled and they are telling me they can not give me my money because of the persal sytem , why keep a premium of a cancelled policy? even if you deducted it the cancellation date is the for a reason if I had to claim after that you would not consider my claim but you expect me to be OK with you taking my money? Im glad i cancelled this ****

They have good funeral cover peoducts to lure you to join. After taking your money the cover will collapse and claim they sent sms. They will call you to reinstate cover again. So that they could do same, take money without actual cover.

Horrible, disgusting, unproffesional and the most unreliable company I have ever met. I even doubt it it's a legit company. They deserve to be scratched off from the business. If there was an option of zero star I would choose that option.

This is the worst company I have ever made business with. They are horrible and unprofessional and they don't care at all. If I could give zero star I would do that. I am going to remove every business I have with them. I even doubt their legitimacy at times. I really hate myself for making business with these people. Thorough investigation really needs to be done about this company.

I am writing this review with grave concerns with the way in which the claim that was submitted by my mother under a policy insurance held at your company. My mother submitted a claim for the deceased (her cousin) a week ago and she has not received a payout from this claim because the consultant states that she will need to alter the policy as the deceased's ID number is incomplete on the policy information/policy schedule. I wish to put it to you that this is not at all my mother's fault as your company ACCEPTED the application form and PROCEEDED to cover the deceased with INCOMPLETE INFORMATION. No one had followed up with her to ask for a full ID number and this only comes up now AFTER YOU HAVE PROCEEDED to deduct monthly premiums under this policy knowing fully that there is incomplete information.

Dignity Group service is pathetic it's been 2 weeks my claim DGC0041125 has not been processed I still haven't received my claim and no communication of what is happening I don't know if they are refusing to pay or what is happening.

Not happy with how they treated my cousins Lathiwe Ndyulo claim. She submitted all the paper work as requested and had you had to call me to confirm if she is my relative instead they sending her pillar to post not pay her for her claim. I am still waiting on your call to confirm that we are related and it is my mom her Aunt that passed away but you making everything difficult for her. Not advising anyone to be covered with you. They will regret it
