Dignity Group failed us in 2021, Dignity Group failed us again on 27/02/2026 via the Uitenhage branch, including some rude unprofessional management staff from their head office who blatantly refused to talk to us for our claim that is over 190hrs overdue. Dignity Group doesn't even deserve the one red star. Dignity Group admitted to their internal dismal admin failure but yet treated our family extremely bad, they still have not paid our claim by 11pm, 27th Feb, the claim was submitted to them on the 23rd of Feb 2026, they have no clue how to fix their dismal admin failure but no commitment to fix our problem.
