Last year around May I saw a deduction on my payslip and it was from Assupol under prosperity, I immediately email them to cancel the funeral policy which I didn't apply for, they emailed me the cancelation form and I emailed the filled cancelation form back. It kept deducting , October I emailed again and they called saying I should send my November payslip so they can refund me, of which I did, but they still deducting still to date, I emailed again on the in march and the lady called me on the 20th of March asking for my ID number and said she will call me on the 23rd, it us almost 4 weeks I'm still waiting for the call and the cancelation of the policy.

Incompetence

I have two sim contracts with telkom, each sim cost R69.00 per month. In july I had a problem with my bank, and I paid via EFT from my other bank. Second week of September, I went to the branch and asked them to change banking details, I was surprised that they didn't debit and I paid again via EFT. I then received an sms wjth R406.29 arrears, I called customer service to inquire and was told that's what I owed. I asked about the changing of bank and there was nothing from their side, asked who's at fault, the consultant or I. A week later I got another sms with R538.50 , today it's R672.47and threatened with credit bureau. I posted about this on X and Maggie contacted me via dm, I asked Maggie to call me but till today she/he or AI Karabo has never, when I asked about supporting documents Maggie stopped texting and the only thing I got was messages about credit bureau. Telkom is very incompetence

I graduated with them. Now they don't know me.

I studied for a diploma at Boston Business College in Bloemfontein in Zastron Street( now called Nelson Mandel Drive) I graduated in 2000 for my first diploma and obtained another diploma in 2002. I lost my second certification, I went to their campus and asked for a reprint, the receptionist Sibongile Mxakasa asked for my ID and student number which I don't remember as it is 20 years later. She said she'll look at archives and will call me back, after a month I called her and she said she's still looking. I kept calling her till she started ignoring my calls and emails, I went back to the office and asked to speak to the manager who told me she knew nothing about my case, she also asked for my ID and said she'll follow up and contact me, I waited and waited. I went again to the office where I asked for head office number. I called Ruan Venter and said he will call me back as they need to look at archives cos they were not saved on the computer system by then, after a month I called and emailed, he said I should send something to show I studied or graduated, of which I did, he emailed me his colleague's number from archives Terence van Dieman, who said I never registered with Boston. I need help in getting my certificate as I paid lots of money for those two courses and can't ask for refund.
