On the day of the payment deadline, despite our timely payment made at 8 a.m., the company proceeded to shut down our Wi-Fi service by 3 o'clock. This abrupt termination of service, especially on a Friday, when immediate access to the internet is crucial, reflects a complete disregard for customer satisfaction.
Moreover, the fact that they are only willing to reinstate the service on Monday, leaving us without Wi-Fi for three days, is unacceptable. It is utterly frustrating to be deprived of a service we are paying for, simply due to the provider's inefficiency and lack of consideration for their clients.
