I am writing this review to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service I have received from Stadio School. The level of incompetence and lack of respect for students is appalling, to say the least. Despite submitting all necessary forms on time and clearly stating my exam location as Johannesburg, I have been bombarded with incorrect information from Stadio. I even took the extra step of saving the form for my records and informing K____ from examinations and others via email three weeks ago that I would not be able to write in Nelspruit. Yet, here I am on a Friday night at 11 PM, receiving yet another email with the wrong exam details. The sheer negligence and inconsistency displayed by Stadio staff is beyond frustrating. I have received conflicting information from multiple sources, with the latest error concerning the exam venue. This level of disorganization and disregard for students' time and money is unacceptable. I urge Stadio to rectify this situation immediately. It is imperative that these mistakes are not repeated, as students like myself invest significant amounts of money into our education and cannot afford to have such errors jeopardize our academic progress. I implore K____ (from examinations) and the entire team at Stadio to take responsibility for their actions and show students the respect they deserve. Failure to address these recurring issues will only further damage the reputation of Stadio School as we can see how horrible these comments are. Additionally, I want to highlight that I received this erroneous information on a Friday night at 11 PM for an exam scheduled on Tuesday. The fact that such critical communications are sent out at such late hours, especially considering that Stadio does not operate on weekends, only adds to the stress and uncer*****y that students like myself have to endure.

I regret to express my deep disappointment with the unprofessional conduct of the Wi-Fi service provider Dimension 5 we have been using. The company's recent actions have demonstrated a severe lack of professionalism and customer care, leaving us in a highly inconvenient situation. On the day of the payment deadline, despite our timely payment made at 8 a.m., the company proceeded to shut down our Wi-Fi service by 3 o'clock. This abrupt termination of service, especially on a Friday, when immediate access to the internet is crucial, reflects a complete disregard for customer satisfaction. Moreover, the fact that they are only willing to reinstate the service on Monday, leaving us without Wi-Fi for three days, is unacceptable. It is utterly frustrating to be deprived of a service we are paying for, simply due to the provider's inefficiency and lack of consideration for their clients. This is not the first instance of such unprofessional behavior from this company, and it is disheartening to see a lack of seriousness and accountability in their operations. Customers should not have to endure such negligence and disrespect after fulfilling their payment obligations on time. In conclusion, I strongly advise against engaging with this company for Wi-Fi services. Their unprofessionalism and disregard for customer needs make them an unreliable and unsuitable option for anyone seeking a dependable internet service provider. It is imperative to prioritize professionalism and customer service, qualities that this company evidently lacks.
