it is utterly dissappointing that a luxury brand like dior offers such poor customer service. march 2023 - I sent through my concerns to Rookaya about the foundation and lipstick I purchased a edgars gateway. the message was read and no response. I sent another message and the response was sorry about that. i was surprised considering I had spent so much and was unhappy. this sunday while searching online, I logged a complaint on the dior site and was almost immediately contacted by Nafeesa. I explained the situation, also that I had no receipts. Nafeesa then arranged with edgars pavillion for the refund to be processed. this morning I also found a serum from the same purchase that was a waste of money and not suitable for oily skin. nafeesah says she can no longer help, no real solution offered now. more inconvieniece. the make up manager from edgars called - not willing to assist with the serum issue. nafeesah says "you can address with edgars please. I cannot discuss any further as they have spoken to you" "unfortunately as this is escalated to edgars gateway now it can only be sorted by them and no other store" YET ALL WEEK IT WAS FINE FOR EDGARS PAVILLION TO ASSIST. talk about no customer service, its no wonder I was ignored initially in march 2023 by the sales consultant.
