very rude and unprofessional
very rude and unprofessional people we can clearly see that they have no idea what they talking about. Don't show up on appointment time then also threaten me that my claim will not pay out if I don't give them a new appointment (supervisor said this). And this after the technician ( Carlos)that phone me to come out to the test said he does not know how my system work. Then show up and say noting is going to come of your claim before even testing the batteries that are claimed. After the reviews of Digicall Assessing Solutions (PTY) ltd stated that this is what the assessors do. The office called me and said they are only sub contracting for them yet they clearly did as the reviews stated they do.
